Enjoy the beauty of nature and the comfort of a well-appointed room with its own entrance. Room Features: Bright and spacious room with a king bed. Full private bath with a shower/tub combination. Mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee amenities for convenience. Large picture window offering views of the south/eastern mountains. Flat-screen Satellite TV, Internet, Heat, and A/C for a comfortable stay. Private deck with a lounge and chairs for relaxation. Venue Amenities: Access to the beautiful Venue below with trees, flowers, and views of Lynx Creek. Grill available for use; no dishes or silverware provided. Hiking path to the creek conveniently located near the Venue. Hosts: Greg & Wendy, Prescott locals, are on-site to address any queries or concerns. City of Prescott: Recognized as one of the Happiest and Healthiest Cities in America. Scenic beauty, outdoor recreation, and excellent air quality. Travel Tips: Rent a vehicle for easy exploration; taxi's and Uber are available. House Rules: Dog-friendly accommodation; pet fees apply. Please let us know if you are bringing dogs and how many. We allow dogs but also charge for them. Dogs are $15 per night per dog plus tax. There is also a one time $10 flat fee. Respectful noise levels and no music after 10 pm. Accurate disclosure of party size, dogs, or cats. Considerate pet behavior; cover beds and furniture, no excessive barking. Smoking allowed only outside. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in starts at 4 pm; early check-ins by request. Check-out requires prior arrangement; late check-outs may incur charges. I was told by the owner to bring bedding to cover all furniture and a vacuum to pick up pet hair. A pet friendly hotel is better choice. The room is small. The parking is fine if you drive a Smart car. Never again.
