This is a beautiful and very clean newly remodeled home located 10 mins drive away from all the Las Vegas attractions. Casinos, T-Mobile arena, Raider stadium, Airport, convention centers and more. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. We are Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, Walgreens, movie theatres and parks. No expense was spared in creating this vacation rental. Comfort, luxury and a very cozy home feeling can be expected. Lots of games provided. Dining table converts to pool table or has a poker table top. Yard has fooseball table with hammocks and fire table in the yard along with a Weber genisis BBQ for grilling with the family. We are pleased to offer a non smoking and pet free environment to all our guests so you can expect the home to always look feel and smell fresh and clean. Every room is Beatifuly furnished with a flat screen tv and Apple TV including Netflix, hbo , prime video , Hulu, nbc sports, NHL network, cbs and more. Upgraded highspeed WiFi for your work and play. 3 full bathrooms with oversized shower heads and great water pressure, 2 driveways on exterior for up to 4 cars. This house is AMAZING!!! This property is a prime location to the strip and the airport! Plenty of space, dream back yard, plenty to do around the house! (game, pool table, etc.) Stephane was WONDERFUL! Super quick response time with communications the entire stay and very accommodating!! We will for sure be back!

The property was very clean and exactly as described. Great communication, quick, and on point. Host was very accommodating and even mailed back my phone which left on the property. Would highly recommend.

Entire family visiting family member in Las Vegas
The house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 children under 3. There was still an additional bedroom as the children were able to stay in the master suite with parents as it provided 2 additional twin mattresses.

Wonderful accommodations that are both close to the airport and downtown Vegas. Tons of activities available for anyone looking to lounge around the house as well. Highly recommended.

This home was in a perfect location for us, close to shops, the freeway, the strip and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Henderson was a great central base to explore the area. We went to hike at Red Rock Canyon 3 times during our stay! Such a pretty area! The strip and airport are not far either. Stephane was a very attentive host, always responding quickly and professionally. The home was very large so our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. The hot water in the shower was amazing and the beds had super comfy foam mattresses.

The house worked perfectly for the 4 of us regarding our four night stay in Las Vegas to attend the Con Expo trade show. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are nice, clean and well equipped. The communication with out host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

We had a great experience renting this house. The check-in process was simple. The owner checked in a couple of times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It's in a safe neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

We booked this house for a location we could meet family at for the Christmas holiday. It was perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was spacious enough where we felt we weren't on top of one another. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our holiday dinner, and we were all able to sit around the huge table to eat together, as well as play games (the pool table has a cover and can be used as a dining table). The outside space was wonderful, but the weather was a bit chilly for us to use it much. When we discovered we needed certain items such as paper towel, washcloths, and blankets, we contacted the owner and he was very quick to accommodate. He contacted the neighbor who came by immediately and brought us what we needed. The only recommendation I would have would be to put hand towels in the bathroom and have kitchen drying towels for dishes. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. I walked to a Starbucks which was 1.6 miles away (32 minute walk), and took a walking trail called The Pittman Wash Trail to get there. The house is also located 0.8 miles to a Von's grocery store (16 minute walk), and 0.6 miles to a Smith's grocery store (12 minute walk). I would definitely book this house again for future family gatherings.

Absolutely perfect!
The house looked so beautiful, the beds were comfortable and we felt at home the entire time. Perfect spot for a family and groups of friends and the property owners were very considerate of us and our needs. There’s also a lot of places nearby to grab food and any needs for a stay. Close enough to the strip where we get there fast. Also located in a very beautiful and calm neighborhood. Will definitely be staying at this location again when we we come back to Vegas.
