Das war meine erste Erfahrung, dass ich eine Übernachtung in einem Apartment gebucht habe. Es hat meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen! Zuerst hatte ich Angst, wie die Schlüsselübergabe stattfinden soll... ohne Rezeption :-) das war echt ein Kinderspiel und es war bestens organisiert.
Die Ausstattung, die Lage, die Sauberkeit und das Preisverhältnis wurden mehr als übertroffen. Somit wäre ein Kritik nicht angebracht.

Die Wohnung ist ganz toll, hell mit hoher Decke, grossen Fenstern, riesiges Badezimmer und Dusche. Super für zwei, die nicht im gleichen Bett Schlafen möchten und noch besser für ein Paar.
Der Schlafcouch dürfte bequemer sein und die Kissen auch.

Dobra baza wypadowa do Legolandu. Ładnie urządzone apartamenty, blisko starówki. Plus za parking w podwórku.
Brak miejsca na ubrania na dole - przy 4 osobach jeden wieszak na gorze to za mało.

It might be difficult to find the place’s entrance, but if you check their video in their check in information, all problem and concern can be solved. We booked the big underground room, there is no window but the space is huge and air circulation works very well, so no uncomfortable feeling at all. Instead, the unique layout and atmosphere made our stays so memorable. You can also use their washing machine, and enjoy so roof time on top of their building!
To end my comment, the kitchen system in this room is superb!

Very spacious, comfortable and it is a great location where you can are well connected to bus station and train station. Walkable distance to the main city
If only there’s an additional washer solely for the housekeepers. As waiting for them to finish their laundry and by the time we are using, it exceeded the given time limits given by the owner

As described. Comfortable facilities. Appreciated the coffee pods left for the machine. Good kitchenette. Proper small fridge. Very secure. Easy check in and out. Responsive owner. Good parking on sites. Loved the communal terrace. The fan was an excellent addition and needed for our stay.
The way the bed was positioned meant you couldn't access both sides which is awkward for a couple. It was quite hot while we stayed. 30 degrees or so but we were able to keep the apartment cool by drawing the curtains during the day and opening up at night when it cooled down. The fan really helped.

Very cool modern apartment with free parking. Good location just a 10 minute walk across the bridge to the old town. The bed was very comfortable. We were nervous about using the app to get in but it was very easy. Just remember to hold your phone sideways to get in the door of the room. I would definitley stay here again if visiting Ulm.
Turning into the parking was a little bit tight but we have a very long car and we managed without any problems.

- talking about parking - I’ve paid for my slot and was given its number… pre-last day of my stay the slot was occupied by another car, so I’ve contacted administration… I was told to park elsewhere (use other slots)… well, what if no one was available? I think allocation of parking slots could be arranged more efficiently…
- kitchen - well equipped at first glance, however, there were no backing pots feasible for oven, which my wife wanted to use… this can be easily improved I guess…

the kitchenette is new and clean, the bathroom is spacious and modern. the location is fine, not in the city center, but a nice walk from it. easier to find a parking spot.
the sofa bed is not very comfy.

Great little apartment perfect for a 4 family member. All what you need you have in the kitchen, only food is necessary. Very comfortable bed and especially pillows. Great location, wi fi a small ventilator for upstairs.
We have to close the windows after 6 because of the bats, and the windows don't have an insect net.

Clean, tidy and very good facilities.
The digital key and the fact that there was no staff and just an urgent number was a bit stressful. In the end all worked out great,so next time I would feel more comfortable.

This appartment was really large for Central European city standards. Everything was clean and neat. We walked in +- 10 min to the center. The appartement even had a washing machine and an insect screen, two big plusses!
The key system was all digital and we did not figure everything out but we were helped fine after calling someone.

- We liked this apartment so well, the room is very clean and well organized, and it is interesting to operate the entrance thru e-key. The room is pretty new and the facilities are well maintained
- The location is not bad at all for those travel by car, close to Dom and couple of big supermarket (we like the new built Edeka), and the Asian Restaurant closeby offers excellent meals with fair price
- We met the owner as well, kind and welcome
- approx. 25km away from Legoland, which is manageable

The apartment was enormous—definitely a rarity in Europe. It was also very clean and modern. Good for longer stays: washer & dryer, dishwasher, and a full kitchen.
The towels were so rough they felt like sandpaper; the living room had a beautiful all-glass wall, but it became terribly hot, and without AC (or even a fan) it was difficult to sleep.

The apartment use Electronic lock but we never got the apartment number and the staff did not answer our mails so we had to try the electronic lock on all doors untill we found the right apartment 😫
