If you enjoy modern designer home with outdoor deck along with high quality amenities & lake front view, this would be your GO-TO place. Sleeps well in our high-quality memory gel bed and luxury beds with plush pillows. Your memorable moments in Georgia starts here. TV's on all bedrooms. FYI: Not Water Activities Lake. ** NO Party/Gathering - Will be ask to leave w NO REFUND! THE HOME: 1,800 square feet 2 story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a half bath along with 2 car garages. The home is in a quiet lake community neighborhood with lake front view in the backyard along with outdoor deck. It is conveniently only 1.5 miles away to major highway (I-675) and 5.5 miles from I-75, that leads you directly to Atlanta major attractions & Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (6.8 mi). MASTER King Bedroom (Upstairs) King Bed with attached full bathroom + closet + TV's GUEST King Bedroom (Upstairs) King Bed with shared bathroom (across the hall) + closet + TV's GUEST Queen Bedroom (Upstairs) Queen Bed with shared bathroom (across the hall) + closet + TV's LIVING ROOM: Smart TV's w/ remote control and furnished with soft seating, 3 accent chairs, coffee tables and decorative pillows. Dining Area: Dining table for 6 people KITCHEN: Refrigerator, Microwave, Dish Washer, Oven, Range, Cooking Ware, Utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Coffee cups, drinking glasses, Wine glasses, baking ware and cutting boards. We are available via phone or text. This is a brand new lake property subdivision. There is no public transportation nearby. Guest will need their own vehicles or uber. IMPORTANT NOTE: We provide “starting kit” toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, detergent…etc. during your short-term stays. For one week or longer stays, you will need to buy extras for your remaining stays. The cleaning fee is to have professional cleaner to service the house after your stay.

Excellent experience for our family. We took advantage of the oven to bake a dessert for a family gathering and all appliances and cooking utensils were available.
We lamented the rainy weather - it would have been delightful to sit on the pretty deck, but the dining area was cozy and spacious.
Internet was high capacity and easily accessed.
The location was convenient to the many activities we attended in Downtown Atlanta and Henry County.
We would rent this property again.

Furniture was not comfortable but everything else was fine and the heat from the oven was hot on the nobles on the stove. We heard rats in the laundry room Thursday morning. But overall it was good. We want come back but it was good for what we needed.

Pros: convenient via Lyft to downtown Atlanta & airport, residential neighborhood, open floorplan, back deck with nature view, comfortable beds, lovely large master suite.
Cons: minimal utensils & supplies (only 4 mismatched forks, no corkscrew, no cookie sheet, missing stove knob, no laundry soap, one hairdryer, very thin dishtowels. Lakeview only from 2nd floor, firepit only at neighbors, great room smaller than pictures show. Frequent noise of jets flying overhead, many marks on walls and some damaged trim. Street light shines through blinds.
Suggestions: add full set of better quality silverware and dishtowels, some plastic glasses, cookie sheet, corkscrew, laundry soap, hairdryer, more towels, earplugs or sound machines, blackout curtains in bedrooms. Replace stove knob, repair damaged trim, touch-up or repaint. Other than the cons listed, it worked well for a 2 night girlfriends getaway.

My spouse and our three children stayed here for a couple days. It was a great place to come “home” to after busy days of visiting family and sight-seeing. I love the open floor plan of the kitchen/living room. I really appreciate them having smart TVs so we could easily stream from our accounts. The neighborhood felt nice, safe and peaceful. The nights were very quiet. We never heard airplane noise. Previous reviews stated that the beds were super comfy, and I felt the same. I slept amazing here. I would happily stay here. All the rules and expectations were clearly posted. We never had a single issue so we didn’t have to reach out to the owners. Thanks for the great stay!

A couple friends and I stayed here to watch the Falcons play. It was a very seamless process from beginning to end. Nice location, seems like mostly families around this location. Very easy to navigate down town from here for any activities. 20 min ride to the stadium. We would stay here again for sure!

This home was as described and pictured. There was an issue with the air conditioner the first night. However, the owner had issued resolved the next day and everything was good. I would stay here again.

Our family stayed here for 4 days for the NASCAR race. The property was exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and it had adequate amenities. The location was great for us because we had to make multiple trips to the airport (20 min ea. way) and Atlanta Motor Speedway (45 min ea. way). I would recommend this property.

My family and I recently stayed at this property so we could attend a tour of a college nearby for our son. The house is a new construction, beautifully decorated with very modern home decor. The house was very clean, and beds were extremely comfortable. Location is nearby ATL airport, so expect to hear some occasional noise from airplanes; otherwise, the neighborhood was fairly quiet during our stay. The home is situated across from a lake and the view of it provided an additional sense of tranquility. I would make two suggestions: guests should be accommodated with TV’s in the other bedrooms. In addition, the bedrooms, especially the Master bedroom was a bit chilly at times due to the temperature outside and a restriction not to exceed 76 degrees on the thermostat. It would have been nice to provide three space heaters as opposed to two especially in a case where all of the bedrooms are going to be occupied. Overall, the home is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back and will most likely reserve this property (if available) when it comes time to move our son into his dorm for college. I also appreciate the host timely response and accommodations to any and all of my requests. Thank you!

Thank you to these owners. The home was just as it said. This was a home away from home. We stayed here as we moved our daughter into college. Very quite and relaxing location. We will stay here again. As we will be back a few times a year to check on her. Thank you! Only suggestion, please provide laundry detergent would be nice 🙂.

The location and the property itself was very nice. The house was clean, well equipped with everything you need. The property manger was very nice and easygoing. Very understanding and she made sure we was comfortable. She let us enjoy the house.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood but after being questioned and reminded of the rules so much before we even checked in, it was nerve racking to just enjoy the place without constantly wondering if we were going to break a rule. We had a "party" of 5 ppl staying at the home (10 ppl limit at one time). So when my daughter who has 5 kids wanted to come over to cook us all breakfast, I was almost tempted to just say we'll come over there. Reminded me of when my parents went out of town as a teenage kid. Just a full list of don't dos that subconsciously ruins enjoying our stay. Other than that it was a peaceful stay. Master bath toilet had urine stains running down the front of the toilet and hairs all over the floor, so we just cleaned it ourselves. Nice home, decent price, but won't stay again.

We had a work trade show at the Expo Center nearby and instead of choosing a hotel we stayed here. Boy was that the right choice. It was so nice to come home from a long day standing on the trade show floor and be able to relax in a comfortable home setting.
The location was great too. We enjoyed dining at some great places in nearby College Park (Virgil’s) and Hapeville (Volare)
Joy Lake is a quiet and calm neighborhood. The house is on a cul de sac so there is no through traffic.
Everything in the home was as promised. The beds were comfy. Linens were spotless. And all the appliances and electronics worked as expected. The Wi-Fi signal was very good.
One thing we really enjoyed was parking in the garage. Since it’s winter and we had to leave early in the morning, it was so nice to be able to go out to the car and not worry about an icy windshield!
Lisa was a very gracious host. She kept us well informed about the house rules and check in procedure. We had a couple of questions during our stay and she answered them quickly through the app.
The house is set up very well and the hosts have created little signs all over the place with instructions that are very helpful in using the various amenities.
We are already planning on returning here next year when we come back to the trade show again.

Comforts of home close to event
We had a work trade show at the Expo Center nearby and instead of choosing a hotel we stayed here. Boy was that the right choice. It was so nice to come home from a long day standing on the trade show floor and be able to relax in a comfortable home setting.
The location was great too. We enjoyed dining at some great places in nearby College Park (Virgil’s) and Hapeville (Volare)

The house was located close to grocery stores and it seemed like all of our destinations were about 20-30 minutes away(restaurants, aquarium, stadiums, etc). The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the layout of the home. The home does have noticeable marks on the walls. There were numerous signs that highlighted rules around the house which became irritating. Another issue was the couch located downstairs. It was very uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. The master bathroom shower is rather small as well. All things considered we enjoyed our stay.

Though we had a nice Christmas overall, the house was not as advertised and hindered our ability to fully enjoy the space.
The main bathroom had a dead bug smashed on a wall and the light above the toilet was out which made it difficult to use the bathroom without a phone light. The other upstairs bathroom was also missing a light which made it hard for us to see.
While we’re at lights, there were missing lights all over the place. We first noticed them in the living room, then we noticed the blown lights in the bedrooms, and lastly the bathrooms. Something you can’t see on the pictures is that the lamps in the living room are just decorations and not meant to be used on the tables because the cords aren’t long enough. If you do happen to get them plugged up, they don’t have bulbs in them. So we shuffled light bulbs around so we could see properly. That’s ridiculous! Especially since most of our crew was over 60.
If you’re planning on doing more than just laying your head down, you should know that the place isn’t fully stocked. Throughout the house, we had 4 rolls of toilet paper (some used), 1 roll of paper towels, and 4 wash cloths (for 6 people for 4 days). As you can imagine, we ran out of everything.
If you’re planning on cooking, the place has great pots but that’s about it. The kitchen needed a good wipe down when we arrived. Other things to note: there isn’t a working can opener nor a cookie sheet.
Something else to be aware of is that the neighborhood is lively. We had a hard time sleeping some nights because of the noise.
I say all of this to say: there are intense notes all over the house with “rules/expectations” but the house is simply not up to par. The quality of this place does not align with how much we paid to stay here. The lack of lightbulbs alone is enough for a low rating. Someone needs to do a maintenance check and reevaluate how much they’re charging for this place. It is quite unkempt. I mentioned the more urgent requests to the host and didn’t get much of a response.
