it is centrally located with plenty of shops and restaurants. the staff was very kind and communicative. we were a last minute booking which the staff contacted us and accommodated us quickly.

I have been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and never experienced something like this. When I arrived, the lock door was not working. Apparently it has a trick, and you need to press the top of it (where the brand is located) for it to work. Of course, I didn't know this at the time, so I spend more or less 1 hour in front of the door trying to figure it out. When contacted the owner, he suggested we went through the back door and basically break the mosquito screen to access the property through the bathroom window! He also suggested some other time of crazy solutions, as well as saying all the employees had used it that day without a problem (of course, because they knew the trick) instead of just sending someone to help us with the door, or having a backup of it in an app (as it is a digital lock) or even a backup key somewhere for us to pick up. They also send you a PDF with all the house "rules" and information. The Wi-fi code is wrong, so I didnt have access to internet while in my entire stay (I had to work and I had to connect my phone hotspot). They also include the Nest thermostat instructions, don't really understand why when the thermostat is blocked and you can't decrease the temperature below 72. This would have never happen in a hotel. I'm a floridian, and really know how hot the temperatures can be in summer. It was ok during the night, but it was a nightmare to be in the property during the day. The furniture is ripped, the beds are noisy, we found a bug in the kitchen plates.. The property is well located and the house is decent, but for the price, we could have found a hotel room for a similar price without the inconvenience. Would not go back.

Property is very well located and maintained, 5 mins away from Vanderbilt Beach as well to supermarkets and restaurants. The house is nice and spacious, in general the cleanness was fine but, furniture's fabric needs to be cleaned, beds are noisy and a little bit uncomfortable. Standard checking in every place is at 3 PM and check out at 11 AM, but at this property is at 4 PM and 10 AM respectively (2 hours less of staying). Had to contact the owner to provide access code and Wi-Fi because original instructions were wrong but responded immediately. The A/C control is locked so the minimum temperature you can set up is 74 degrees. The barbecue is a joke!!

Cute and clean house with nice little back patio and big kitchen. Good value especially for a last minute find!

Furniture was a little old and worn.

It feels like being home, everything that you might need and it’s a 5min ride to the beach

The location, conditions and accommodation of the place is excellent !!!
