Beautiful, well-maintained facility and resourceful staff.

The check-out process could be a little smoother. Perhaps the place is best suited for folks who don't have to drive into Kampala CBD daily since traffic on Entebbe Rd can be intense. However, it's understandable that this is beyond the management's control.

Superb....

The location is ideal especially if you want to escape the city traffic of Kampala. The apartment is clean and comfortable bed with big spacious rooms. A big terrace and kitchen appliances. Also, there's parking and most of all beautiful palm trees. But, next time on our next visit to Uganda provide us with more cutleries....But highly recommended

They needed some more garbage cans in the rooms instead of just one in the kitchen.

You will love it.

The apartments are very clean and modern. They truly cater to the lifestyle of people like us visiting from other countries. To me, it felt like home away from home. I liked the staff. They will look after your needs; I mean within reason. I was especially impressed by the Manager, Mr. Ashraf. You will never guess that he is the Manager. He is a very humble man and a true professional. For those guests who expect breakfast, the place does not provide breakfast but remember that these are fully furnished apartments and you will be able to prepare your own breakfast and other meals. There is a stove (I think they call it a cooker in Uganda). There are other things too, such a fridge, kettle, microwave, cups, plates, utensils, coffee-maker, toaster, etc. I got to say that I was surprised that they even provided sugar and salt. My only complaint was the WIFI. I found it to be very spotty. It could be because I am used to super fast internet in my country. I also found that the sluggish bandwidth was due to the Internet Provider, and not the Management at Eric Wilkens Apartments.

You will NOT regret your stay at Eric Wilkens Apartments.

Friendly and helpful service, with someone meeting me on arrival and then taking me to the airport the next day. The space is very clean and comfortable. Very much recommended.

A brand new building, luxurious apartments with everything you might need. The kitchen was very good equipped. The view is absolutely amasing(during night). The staff is very professional and helpful. Safe parking. On the map it looks that is near a busy road, but is on b plan so is absolutely quiet(i like that).I highly recommend this place!

I liked almost everything about the apartment very beautiful and comfortable.Very clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly😍 I would stay again and again and again😀

We deeply appreciate Hakim and Ashraf for making us feel deeply welcome and being helpful with everything...the apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, safe and we slept well...beautiful garden and very quiet but close to everything you need...we would stay again whenever we are in Kampala...
