Pico Mountain, Killington's 'little sister', offers great skiing and riding in an intimate mountain setting with 6 lifts and almost 20 miles of trails to choose from. It is a great place for families who want to be away from the crowds of the bigger and more well-known mountain at Killington. This slope-side ski-in/ski-out condo featuring 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms is probably the closest to the lift that you can get (a mere 100 feet from the back door to Little Pico Triple lift, from which you can access the entire mountain). Once inside this ground floor Condo you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable: a generous entrance area with plenty of space to hang/store all your ski kit and keep them clean in a stackable clothes washer/dryer, full kitchen amenities (cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker), breakfast bar seating for 4, an open-plan family space with wood-burning fireplace where you can relax in front of a 60-inch flat screen TV, plus WiFi & cable. The master bedroom features a queen bed with a sliding door to the patio that overlooks the slopes, and has direct access to a shared hallway bathroom. A second bedroom has sleeping for 3 in a twin bed and twin bunkbeds. The third bedroom has a private en suite bathroom and can sleep up to 3 in a twin over double bunkbed. Whether you are here to ski or just to enjoy the area, you can relax at the Pico Sport Center (there is an extra charge), featuring a 75-foot indoor heated pool, 2 dry heat saunas, yoga classes and much more. Pico also offers a shuttle bus to Killington main basin during the day (it's a short 10 minute drive away).

My 29th season coming to Pico, this is the best experience I have ever had. Clean. Easy access to the unit. Great layout. View of the Little Pico Triple Chair & an easy stroll to the lift line through the back door. No steps or elevators to deal with to get out and back from the the slopes. Highly recommend. Owner was spectacular responding to my question about where the unit was in that big area. She’s so nice, helpful and responded in seconds. We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect ski weekend in a great condo! We were looking for something in my brother’s complex and this was just what we wanted! Owner was super communicative, place was clean and well stocked! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at this property, the first being 2 years ago. We have 3 teenagers and it still works great for our family. It's an easy walk to the lifts...the closest one being about 30 steps from the back door of the unit. Master bedroom mattress isnt the greatest but the rest of the beds were super comfy. The condo has everything our family needs, we'll be back.

The process of reserving the property was so easy. Received information to enter the property in good time. Condo was very clean and had all amenities we needed for the weekend. The Floridians loved the snow and the closeness of the mountain. The blankets on the double bunk bed were amazing warm cozy and new. The beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be to purchase a couple of new pans. Ones there were quite beat up. Other than that would like to come back.

Overall, this was a nice place to stay, with a few caveats. First of all, you can't beat the proximity to the base area and lodge at Pico. Walk right out the back door to the triple chair, and ski right back to the condo for lunch or at the end of the day. Other pros and cons include: Pros: Plenty of beds, clean, great water pressure in the shower, well seasoned firewood, large TV, Nespresso pods provided. Cons: Small kitchen, fireplace was full of ash that we needed to clean out(no ash bucket provided), slow draining kitchen sink, tiny kitchen trash can, icemaker not working. Also, it would have been nice if the patio was shoveled and a path was cleared to the base area. Thankfully, we had a shovel with us, so we took the time to shovel out the patio and clear a path over to the base. Otherwise, it was posthole-ing our way over.

The listing says sleeps 8, but when we arrived, there were only 4 clean shower size towels. The host said she'll have the cleaner bring additional towels over, which never happened. It snowed heavily on the second day of our stay, but then there's no shovel in the house and we had to borrow from a gym nearby. The host is also very inflexible about booking adjustment even we told her our dilemma. To be fair, the location is great, and the host is responsive through text messages and call in general, but there were just too many unpleasant surprises...

Overall our whole weekend stay was amazing. The condo was spacious, clean, and cozy. It had everything a family could ask for in a weekend ski trip to Pico. Lucy was extremely attentive to our needs and always answered within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to take there family on a weekend getaway!

The rental was right by Pico, within walkinf distance of the lift. We had some issues with the furnace during our stay, but the owner was VERY responsive and had several people out to try to solve the issue before we left. I am sure that the issue will be fixed before the next guests arrive.

The condo is very convenient. My husband and I dont ski so it's great that the kids can easily walk to the lift from the condo. While the kids hit the mountain we sat in front of the wood burning fire place with some good books or a movie. Kitchen is well stocked and owner is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We picked this area/condo as a middle ground for doing day trips around Vermont. Condo had everything we needed. Large 3 bedroom with full baths, washer and dryer and several games/cards for entertainment. The area also has hiking trails.

Fantastic place to stay! Property is feet away from Pico lifts with a free shuttle that will take you into town and to Killington Mtn. The place was perfect and met all our needs for what we were looking for in a long weekend getaway and the host couldn't be more accommodating.
