A cheap version of Hennan

The room was really nice and breakfast was a good choice.

Checking out was a disaster took over 30 minutes and the staff I found quite rude. They take a deposit off credit card but it is only credited back into your account 2 weeks later. Next time I know to pay deposit in cash. They do not allow you to use pools for other Hennan hotel on same site reason given they also have pools, but their pools close early evening and other pools are still open.

整體來說非常好，員工非常友善，環境很棒

非常好房間乾淨，整齊，所有設施都很棒，地理位置很好，價格對得起提供的服務與設備，員工遇到小孩也都非常親切，給予很多禮讓，早餐選擇性算多，座位安排也很好，但希望針對很早就出去參加行程的旅客可以有基本的外帶set 例如簡單的三明治等等

外帶食物條款於現場才被告知且需要簽屬文件，建議可以寫在訂單或是訂房需之內先讓旅客知悉，畢竟外帶食物我覺得出國旅遊又是去放鬆的很難免

The bedings in our room was very humid the 1st 2 nights. There was sand on the sheet. Would have been nice that shower caps are provided The "pool" were too small that it was not comfortable to be in the pool with other guests.

Breakfast was outstanding. So much to choose from. The food was very good. The location was great. The staff was fantastic.

The only small complaint I have is that I like a flat sheet and comforter on my bed. They have a funky sheet/comforter combo that didn't work for me. A small thing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hennan. It is a nice resort and within a few mins walk to the beach.

Breakfast was reasonably good, albeit it was suiting more to Asian tastes with various Asian meals being made available. But availability of various pastries and omlets/eggs made the breakfast experience more palatable for those who does not necessarily eat Asian dishes at the breakfast.

A range of cheese and tomato and olives would be nice.

Residential complaint

The facility is good and the rooms are nice too.

I think the service of front counter is terrible, it is so ridiculous that I had the rent code and PIN and still need to check another things to check in. Moreover, we stood almost two hours to figure out the way to check in... Why couldn't we find seats to discuss the situation we faced...

really liked my stay but have left so NO pics

spacious, location, free shuttle to beach, buffet breakfast, pool & its benefits.

the evening restaurant area, was boring, needed some entertainment to give a reason to go there. more life outside resort. the menu was reasonable, but could have had more sharing meals for families & friends.

Wonderful

Food during breakfast is fabulous, lots to choices. That's the most exciting part of my stay here, lol. Thanks Hennan.

Access going to the beach is kinda far, but we enjoyed walking.

The breakfast is superb, mutiple choices and always served in hot. The servants will help provide hot coffee when eating on your seat. The swimming pool opens from 9:00am till 8:30pm and the bar is also on service besides the pool. Suggest to open later as it is a good place to relax for holidays.

No locker service is available. Perhaps the lockers are still broken. There is a distance between the main guestroom building to the swimming pool and Alona Beach. Suggest to provide the service for customers to go to the pools by shuttles.

not worth it.I won’t come back

Huge property, close to restaurants and close to the beach nice working people, really respectful. I felt secure all the time.

Huge breakfast, but was horrible for a resort. Quantity over quality here. pool water was so cold, the two jacuzzi that you see on the pictures are not jacuzzi with warm water, it’s cold. no gym, so they make you pay 300PHP per two hours, to have access to the gym of their second hotel on the same property (same hotel group), which I think it was unacceptable. lack of cleaning in rooms.

almost all staff were great location perfect its my second time there for long vacation and was great a special thank you for aira in a breakfast team. she was so joyful and make your day start everyday with a smile

the pool on a description of the hotel say pool with sea view but actually u are not allowed to use it because it’s belongs to hennan Alona . the only swimming pool allowed to use its that one inside Tawala and there is not view first photo it’s Tawala swimming pool second one its hennan swimming pool

Well worth the money!

The staff especially at the restaurant there were pretty good, the location and felt safe there as well. Also able to provide tours and it'd be nice if they had the firefly tours at night as well.

it was an experince. But will not go back again

mostly local breakfast. short of international

Took 2 rooms and stayed 5 nights. at the end I find a long letter from the house keeper stating that that a Glass was broken and I have to pay the cost !!!. Never ha this experience in the last 40 years traveling
