One night option

Perfect for a one night stay. It's clean and comfortable. Situated right next to the street but wasn't an issue.

Nefasto, un fracaso absoluto. No vayáis.

Nada, las imágenes no coinciden con el alojamiento en sí mismo. La ubicación es a ras de calle, más que un apartamento es un local reacondicionado. Además de ello, había una puerta trasera que no sabíamos quién tenía acceso y quién no.

Todo. El señor que nos atendió empezó a llevarnos por unas calles poco iluminadas, a unas 3-4 manzanas de la ubicación que ponen en Booking. Nos llevó a un sitio que era un local pero reacondicionado a habitación. 0 unidades de seguridad. Te engañan con la ubicación, te hacen creer que estarás en la casa esa naranja, pero es mentira. Cuando llegas te llevan a otra localización a un par de manzanas de la que pone en Booking.

Niet aan te raden!

De locatie, dichtbij de luchthaven/haven, markt en in het centrum.

Zeer luidruchtige kamer. Het lijken wel kartonnen wanden, je hoort letterlijk iedereen die het verblijf binnenkort maar ook alle (boven)buren. Manoeuvreren op de kamer is bijna onmogelijk. Badkamer ziet er vies uit, verouderde voorzieningen. Personeel zeer onvriendelijk!

O alojamento está situado mesmo no centro da zona histórica da cidade, com muitas opções de restauração em volta. Foi agilizado transporte à chegada e à partida.

Chambre propre et bien placée.

Chambre petite, sans fenêtre et donnant directement sur le trottoir. Pas d'eau chaude et télévision en panne.

The communication was perfect! The location is very good! And the taxiservice was fabelous. There is a watercooker but no cups. It was clean.

1 night maximum! If you have to.... The reception was very poor and not a warm welcome. There are no windows in the room and no walking space around the bed. Very noisy! Also in terms of games and television sounds and loud doors and voices.

Super!

Literie très confortable, le personnel aux petits soins avec de très bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter. Le transfert aéroport organise par leurs soins très bien, chambre très calme et pourtant proche des restaurants. Je reviendrai avec plaisir

comfortable, relaxed, and close to everything.

The wifi was great, particularly compared to anywhere else on the island. All the basics were there, and the staff was pretty fast to answer any questions.

There could be a more comfortable chair - when I had to stay for long hours working, that was a bit of a problem. I imagine, though, that most travellers are not really concerned with that. Knowing it's Praia and impossible to avoid the occasional bug, it would be excellent if there was a broom we could use to throw them outside.

Key to bedroom, empty room and shower room.

Very clean, good shower, supermarket and café nearby. Air Conditioner was the most important luxury. The curious feature was an virtually empty room (picture added) between bedroom and shower room.

During my stay there was minor noise from the neighbour and street (no major noise like heavy traffic or drunk yelling people). The noise level was so low I could fall asleep. Sone people might need earplugs or the hum of that lovely air conditioner

Passable

Very close to pedestrian mall and center Praia. The host was very kind and willing to help with taxi and late check in.

Rooms were basic, one had no windows except for an opening on the staircase. Bathroom had no ventilation. Very small.

Room with provate bathroom has no windows.

Despite not being at the exact location indicated on Booking, it's still in the Plateau, hence close to the center of Praia.

We got the room with the private bathroom and neither the bedroom nor the bathroom had a window, nor a fan. This is a serious deficiency, both for the impossibility to change the air or to get natural sunlight. Our "private" bathroom was also basically communicating with the shared ones of the other rooms and you could hear anything happening in those other bathrooms (and viceversa). The little mat outside the shower had stains, probably fron former guests. Finally we saw a couple of small cockroaches, probably coming from the half-open sewer hole on the bathroom floor.

Great room if prepared!!

This apartment is in a central location and is fairly cheap when compared to other properties on the Plateau. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, even organising a last minute room when our ferry was delayed.

Our room was the size of a broom cupboard with barely enough room to walk around the bed, and the noise from the front door was horrendous. If we hadn't had earplugs this could have been a major issue. If you're on a budget and you go prepared this place could be ideal.

Good for short stay

Good localisation, especially when you're in praia only for 1 night. The room is clean and has wi-fi. The balcony is pretty and nice to eat breakfast or drink coffee in the morning. In the bathroom there is hot water and a big, clean shower.

In the room there is no closet. It's only fringe and kettle "from kichen." There are no plates, cups, or cutlery. The bathroom is not connected to the room. It's not a big problem, but still, it's not what was written in the booking info. Also the bed is very loud, even when you breathe it cracks.
