The property looked very worn down.

Hola . En este momento estoy en otro hotel de Cancún . No pudimos alojarnos por falta de todo . Agua , luz y mal olor . No es lo que publican . Quisiera si se puede cancelar el pago de esta reserva . Gracias

Basically The property didn’t reply to me on my question and transfer request. I tried to call and email them, i could not comtact them via booking.com chat as well. I informed about this issue customer support. I haven’t got any help. So I asked for a reduced price cancellation 4 days before arrival. I haven’t got it. And finally the property charged me the full amount saying i didn’t show up. Absolutely terrible service from the hotel and customer service. Do not recommend to book this property. There are plenty of good hotels to stay for a night near Cancun airport who think about their reputation and travellers.

Llegué y no hubo quien me recibiera, me hicieron check in más tarde de lo que era, no había nadie atendiendo en recepción

Nothing. Bad location. No name on the building so had no idea we were at the right place until we asked. Outside of the building and property so run down and unclean. Trash in public view and obvious need of upkeep and repair.

Horrible location if you don’t have a vehicle to go somewhere. No ammenities in walking distance.

NADA es habitación en unas bodegas acondicionado Cobraron muy caro y no cumplieron con lo ofrecido Incluyendo en la reserva, decía que era transportación gratis al aeropuerto y me cobraron 500 pesos extras Necesito que alguien de Booking se comunique conmigo y me hagan el reembolso de 2800 pesos mexicanos

El lugar es horrible, está lleno de cucarachas

La ubicación cercana al aeropuerto 7min aprox.

El lugar está muy escondido, no está como las fotos que se ven en la página. El lavabo no funciona, no había agua caliente, ni aire acondicionado. Al hacer check out no había nadie para entregar la llave de la habitación. Se puede encontrar algo de mejor calidad en el mismo $ un poco más lejos del aeropuerto.

We arrived late since the airplane had a delay and when we arrived at the hotel, there was nobody that could check us in so we had to pay for another hotel and we basically lost our money and reservation

Aguas negras desbordadas, no hay tv, mucha falta de mantenimiento general,

No está bien señalado y el baño no tiene puerta solo cortina y el estacionamiento reducido porque también lo alquilan, no me gusta

la habitación grande y limpia

la persiana es completa y los vidrios los vidrios trasparente que conforman la puerta y ventana se ve todo de afuera no hay privacidad, y se tiene que levantar toda para poder salir, cuando se usa la regadera se inunda el área donde esta el escusado., se tuvo que pedir las toallas por que no las dejaron, no se tiene buena seña de internet

Very convenient location from the airport to stay it you have a layover or need to stay a night and leave to the airport the next day

It’s in an industrial kind of area so it doesn’t have a very close super market to get food or minor things, but does have a restaurant close walking distance

Booking because I book a family room for 4 & when get there I was ask to pay for additional person

The room was very big.

The bedding was dirty. The toilet flush didn’t work. The wifi didn’t work. No towels. Barely any water from the shower head. Extremely bright inside the room during the night (no blinds). The staff didn’t speak any english. The taxis didn’t find the hotel at first because there was no sign.

I didn’t get any of the amenities and the personal was very rude to us

The service was very bad and they didn’t care about having us as guest

The place was hidden and it looked like they were old offices

I arrived early morning and let me store my suitcases at the reception.

There is not a 24hrs receptionist. The check in is at 3pm.

They charged us twice on two separate cards and failed to reimburse us for the amount that shouldn’t have been taken.

Cockroaches infested hotel without hot water. Receptionist was high and drunk. There was empty liquor bottles, blanket on the sofa in the lobby.
