Security camera details: This home has two active, exterior security cameras that cover the driveway entrance, stairs, under the house, and the entry door. One is upstairs at the front door and the other is downstairs. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved the house. They kept it very clean and fresh. It smelled good when we walked it. The o ly thing we didn’t really like the house, was a little far in. Other then that everything was perfect.

The house was pretty and the neighborhood was very quiet and secluded but we had no toilet paper or hot water for our stay and when we reached out to the property manager we have yet to get a response about the problems we had. We went and bought toilet paper and left the package there so hopefully the next tenants will have toilet paper.

The house looks exactly as it does online. It's clean and a cute little house. We have young boys that loved watching the barges coming in and out of the bay. We loved having a washer and dryer available on the property. The master bed is extremely firm but the lower bunk is softer The back pillows on the couch are soft but the couch itself is not one to relax on but it's cute. All of the pillows and bedding were high quality and very nice. Depending on your priorities in a vacation rental this one should be on the list of contenders. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this property and location had fit our needs well. Just be sure you bring a mattress pad and get everything you need from galveston before crossing over. Other than that its pretty darn worth the money.

This home looks nice inside but had no WiFi, only one tv in living room and the AC didn’t work out first night. This home is down at the end of a nasty road and does not seem like a nice area. Home does not pull up on the map so don’t be fooled on its location when you type it in if you’re not familiar with the area. Nothing to do close by, you have to load up and drive at least 10 minutes to be anywhere decent. No beach access and enjoy staring straight a big huge barge that likes to blow the horn at night when it starts moving.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. The location was perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The beach house is beautifully decorated and it’s fully equipped with everything we needed. I love that it’s new, clean and ready for you to enjoy the second you arrive. I am looking forward to our return.

It was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated for a beach house, Loved the decor and the attention to detail. Quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and the privacy.

The inside of the home was fine. Everything one would need was provided. Unfortunately, there was no wi-fi. I must have missed that looking at the amenities.
There is somewhat of a waterview. However, it is mostly blocked because barges come and go or remain, bloocking the view.

This is a great place for couples who want to have a little vacation and be located away from everyone else. It would be good for a family getaway. The only thing that I didn’t like were the beds and pillows. Unless you like hard beds and stiff pillows then this would be perfect, but It wasn't for me. Other than that the place was great and has everything thing you would need for cooking, cleaning, and entertainment. Also, unless I forgot to ask, I did not see any wifi to connect to. None the less, I would recommend this place to friends and family.
