朝食つきでこのお値段はお得でした。 初日は早く出るため食べれませんでしたが、6時からやっていればいいなぁと思いました。 ユニバに行くために泊まりましたが、まわりは商店街ですし、食事には困りませんでした。 関東から車で9時間かかりましたが、清潔で快適なホテルで安心して泊まれました。

スタッフの方は皆さん親切でしたが、笑顔の方とそうでない方がいて、やっぱり笑顔で迎え入れて欲しかったなぁと思います。 帰りは何も声掛けがなくて寂しかったです。

The staff are really nice, the location is good, decent hotel aesthetics, easy to locate, there's a convenient store nearby and alot of restaurant outside and near everything. It's clean, the parking charge is only ¥1000 per day, the breakfast is simple but good and the dhc amenity set is good, unlimited water drink and check in and check out procedure was easy.

Its not that i didnt like there's nothing i didnt like about this hotel but just a list of stuffs thats lets say new to me. The breakfast area is located at lobby area, its like an open space. No free bottled water you have to go down if you want to drink. If you borrow like an iron you have to return it right after using it unlike in other hotels that you can just keep it in your room until you check out. And.. upon booking I did note or request an extra pillow but wasn't granted.

Value for money. Simple, and having enough functionality. And, free breakfast.

Nothing particularly

Pretty nice rooms and quite a few restaurants and shops around. We had the different rooms and we all slept like babies.

Breakfast was very simple, yet fresh and tasty. Not many attractions around the hotel. There is a metro station close by and that's what you have to use if you want to see or do anything in the center.

I think it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is breakfast, too, and it is considerably advantageous when we think about accommodation charges. It was close to the station, and it was 2 stations to Osaka Umeda Station, so access was good.

It's hard to find a bad point, but it's a bad point that there are entertainment shops and touts at night.

Nice and clean room. Close to Juso metro station and lots of restaurants. Breakfast is also nice, although japanese style.

I was staying in a room where smoking is allowed and as a non-smoker I could smell cigarette.

Had to pay extra for early check in. Check in time is late.

I liked the staff, atmosphere, and facilities. will come back again.
