My stay at the Urban Suites was an unforgettable experience for me and my partner. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and pampered, creating lasting memories of our time there. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional jacuzzi, which provided the perfect relaxation after long days of exploring the city. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy stunning water views and easy access to a variety of local amenities, such as restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. This convenience greatly enhanced our overall stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met during our time at the Urban Suites. One downside to my stay at the Urban Suites was the significant distance from the airport, which required a 45-minute drive. This longer-than-expected travel time proved to be an inconvenience, particularly when factoring in potential traffic delays or time constraints. Bad value for money. Things look included but are not. Noisy.

Misleading listing of jakuzi. We were denied access to the rooftop even though it's listed as a property feature. Then they were rude with us asking questions. Noisy street. Sunlight woke us up early through side of blinds.

I regret staying there, it was waste of time and money for us.

Check-in, air condition, water temperature, all facilities in the room were great.

The location is not in a vibrant part of the city, lots of buildings around were closed or under reconstruction. The room is significantly noisy due to the busy street directly beneath the windows. The window doors can only be closed but not locked, impacting the soundproofing. The bed is very soft, and I experienced back pain in the morning. The check-out time is an hour earlier than the usual 12:00 pm. Although they allowed us to stay until noon for free, they requested an extra 40 euros for two more hours, which we found unexpectedly greedy. Consequently, we declined the 'generous' offer. At a price of about 200 euros per night, we expected more from this place. At least not charging an extra 40 euros for two more hours of stay, especially during the low season for beach vacations. It's totally overpriced and overrated. It's a pity we understood this too late.

Les installations, le mobilier, le cadre et la location était superbe. Le jacuzzi super également avec les enceintes pour mettre de la musique ;). Un séjour parfait dans un appartement merveilleux tout simplement.

Would not recommend for folks looking to do sightseeing in Athens. Without a car it’s very hard to commute.

Very low value compared to price paid

Broken bed, with a V shape mattress that left us with back pain for 2 days Very noisy especially in the morning, no sound insulation and proofing which forces you to wake up at the earliest minutes of the morning

Highly highly recommend

Absolutely amazing… State of the art everything.. Made my Athens stay so much better.. our host Nandia was soo amazing even booked my hair appointments and drove us to it.. I have never received service like this anywhere.. The place was extremely clean.. close to the beach and loads of places .. highly highly recommend

Great service, felt like home and exactly like the photos.

We loved the apartment. Was a beautiful space with a sofa bigger enough to fit a family of four comfortably. Great natural light and sea view. Also modern lighting throughout, which was practical and also set a nice mood. Decorated well through out.

Would have been good to have more storage compartments and hangers for clothes. We were staying for a week. Also helpful to have a squidgy/mop for the shower, pegs for clothes rack.

Not a very family friendly option - more for a couple

The tub was a waste of space. The apartment was clean but the mattress was very uncomfortable. The location was not great, very business/retail area.

Excellent location! Minutes to a clean beach. Supermarket is 7 min walk away. Comfy beds and beautiful interiors. Great ocean views

The staff ,in particular the receptionist, were amazing , the cleanliness of the property was impeccable. The technology and facilities of the property were first class. This property would rank as one of the best that I have stayed, in a life time of professional and personal travels. 100% well done urban suites.

Wow in Alimos! Best room with an amazing view!!

The view is breathtaking. The location is ideal. The photos online show the layout of the apartment but do not capture the beauty of the trendy and modern details. SO CLEAN!! The inside and outside of this apartment are so secure and safe. The lights were on an electronic control on the wall. The sliding curtains were a surprise bonus when they closed at the touch of a button. The balcony is refreshing to sit in the evenings with the light breeze. The apartment had a jacuzzi tub where you could have a beautiful view. The shower was nice and large with great water pressure. We very much appreciated the security of the building and the apartment. The price was such a steal. We will be booking this apartment again in our future travels.

A slight downfall was the traffic noise. It was tolerable, but you could still hear it. The mattress on the bed was lumpy and tended to dip to the middle. It was not the most comfortable bed, but it served its purpose. **Note: If you have mobility issues (knees, hips) please note that the bed, toilet, and chairs on the balcony sit very, very low. It can be a bit of a challenge to get back up.
