Home has been recently renovated to included luxury upgrades including: granite counter-tops, new appliances, new wood flooring. Adults Only. Exceeded all of our expectations. Great location. The guest house was so comfortable, immaculate, and had everything one might forget to pack. The hosts truly went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Really felt sad leaving and saying goodbye to these very kind people.

We had two couples share this terrific guesthouse. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, very walkable and easy to locate. Jerry and Annette were terrific hosts and very communicative. It was probably one of the most well-appointed rentals we have ever stayed in; everything was thought of. Highly recommended and hope to stay again.

The house was spotless and the bedding was super comfortable (hotel quality)—something you don’t always find in a short term rental. The pool area was relaxing, no problem finding street parking, area felt very safe.
Most of all, Jerry and Annette are a lovely couple and most welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend to visit a sick relative. Jerry and Anette were wonderful hosts. Ten arches is a wonderful 2 bed 2 bath unit with a large dining room area and nice kitchen. It was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay with my brother. The Fuller's are very nice and showed excellent hospitality. I can say without doubt it is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at!

My family came in town to celebrate my birthday and my mom's thereafter and we had such an amazing time. The owners Jerry and Annette were amazing in every way. The meet and greet to get us set up with the property was a memory maker as we learned about the history of the property and its amenities. They are such warm people and made us feel right at home from the get go. We felt like we made friends for life with these two. The property was so cozy and had everything we needed and desired. We loved being in the pool as well as our talking time in the gazebo for morning coffee. We thank you for your hospitality and welcoming hearts!

My family has stayed in over 15 VRBO properties, but this rental was by far the best. The owners, Jerry and Annette, were gracious, thoughtful people. The rental was fully stocked with everything that we needed (usually, we spend $100 equipping the rental). Also, the spotless rental is centrally located, parking was easy, and the neighborhood was safe.

Best hosts we have ever had.
Jerry and Annette have been the best hosts that we've had in the 15 years that we have been using VRBO. They've anticipated all of their guests needs and provided unexpected and greatly appreciated extras. Our young adult children really enjoyed spending time in the pool, which was clean and refreshing. I would not hesitate to come back on a return visit.

Terrific Property and Hosts!
I wish I could give this property more than five stars! My husband Jim and I spent 10 wonderful nights in this immaculate, comfortable and beautifully furnished cottage. Annette is a consummate gardener (amazing roses), and Jim and I looked forward to ending our days of sightseeing by sipping drinks by the pool in the poolside garden. Jerry and Annette went well beyond typical hosts: the kitchen was well stocked with drinks, snacks and cleaning supplies, and the bathroom provided many fluffy towels, soaps and shampoos. The property was in walking distance to restaurants, street parking is easy to find, and the neighborhood is safe.
An added bonus: Annette and Jerry are interesting and lovely people. We felt we made two lifelong friends. Jerry was a songwriter (he wrote Travelin’ Man for Ricky Nelson and songs for Gary Puckett) and was a producer for Glen Campbell and Johnny Mathis. We were thrilled to hear his stories. Thank you both!

A spectacularly peaceful oasis in the middle of the busy city. What's more, this property holds a bit of recording industry history. Host Jerry Fuller was the singer for the Champs (Glen Campbell's session band) and wrote the Rick Nelson hit "Travelin' Man." The property was for many years a small recording studio.

This separate guest house is in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful garden and pool, yet is convenient by car to markets, stores, and freeway access. The guest house is comfortably furnished and is very functional, while still having loads of character and charm. We loved it. Even more impressive is the attention to detail the Hosts lavish on everything you could need for supplies and household items. Finally, the hosts are not just gracious, and hospitable, but are both very interesting people. We will never stay anywhere else in LA if it is available.

The Guest House was perfect for our needs. The lay out gave us individual privacy, the kitchen was well stocked with basics we needed and the property was lovely. We would absolutely stay there again. An added attraction was the history of the guest house. It was previously a recording studio with artists like Glen Campbell, Johnny Mathis and others. The hosts and owners were songwriters and producers for thos artists. And others.

Wonderful Experience
The property inside and out was immaculate clean! The photographs are 100% accurate to the property as well. Jerry and Annette are very welcoming and friendly and we really enjoyed getting to know them while we visited. We will never forget you both and we are so grateful that we met you! They gave us a tour once we arrived and were very thorough. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We walked to a few restaurants and a grocery store while we were there as well which was convenient. We are lucky to have found this place to stay! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. I would stay here again 5 stars!
