About this house rental
Located in Cortez, this lovely house for £219 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Happy Ours is a gorgeous canal front home with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private heated pool and a 30 feet boat dock. It's just 2.5 miles away from the world famous white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. This luxury property sleeps a total of 8 people. You will love the open concept with living, dining and kitchen that is fully stocked and even has an induction stovetop and a convection oven. The master suite comes with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom another queen and a bunk bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Living room and all bedrooms come with Smart Flat Screen TV's. On the large deck, you will enjoy the heated saltwater pool, the jacuzzi hot tub, a fire pit and sun loungers. Other amenities include a private garage, washer and dryer, free high speed internet, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The house is fully stocked and equipped with all you need. Just bring your personal belongings and your boat. There is enough dock space to accommodate a boat up to 30 feet. Seawall and dock is new. Happy Ours is just the perfect Florida vacation property! Accommodates up to 8 people. Minimum Stay Required: 3 nights Max. parking: 3 You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. * Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Home was beautiful, very well maintained and more than enough room for 3 couples to have their own space and not ever feel crowded. Location was perfect whether wanting to go somewhere by car or by boat. Evenings were unusually cool for May in FL, so the hot tub was a perfect way to end each day after a long day of boating. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with whatever was needed for cooking and AC worked well. Can’t wait to go back!

This rental property is perfect. Great layout, beautifully appointed, fantastic amenities - the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Ideally located to Anna Maria, short 10 minute drive to the beaches. The property was pristine, so clean! Tons of small extras, puzzles, games and beach equipment. We have been renting through VRBO for years. This is by far our most favorite property.

We had 6 longtime friends who met at Happy Ours and it couldn’t have been more enjoyable! The pool and outdoor furniture were perfect. The hot tub stayed hot for us thankfully since nights were cool. The inside of the house was gorgeous and had every amenity needed. The drive to the beach was less than 10 minutes. It was truly paradise!

What an absolutely amazing place this was. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Ian we were there for just 3 nights and not 6 as planned so we were pretty gutted. The whole place was immaculate, all the fittings, bedding, fixtures were fantastic quality and the pool area was just the icing on the cake. Plenty of sun lounges, and chairs for my party of 5. We absolutely loved the place and were sad to leave. The only thing that needs improving is the communication with the management company. We rang the number that was listed in the manual and it was busy for most of the day. (we must have rang the number 50 times) . Luckily we managed to sort the problem eventually ourselves. All in all our stay was spot on and I would highly recommend the place

The decor is great , the kitchen is stocked with everything you could think of . The beds are super soft and comfi ! The place is very clean ... loved that ! Location is great ! Within 10 minutes you are at the beach ( if traffic is good haha otherwise it might take longer ) And restaurants , shops and supermarket are very close. We wanted to come back for Christmas but unfortunately it’s not available ,but we will definitely try and come back to this house one day 💙

This house is beautiful. We had the greatest time ever . Had so much room for our family of 5 . We have stayed in Anna Maria and Holmes beach area before but this is our favorite area ! The boat lift was great to have, and the pool area was large enough for the whole family to enjoy at the same time. The house itself was amazing. Would for sure 100 percent come back for another stay.
