Nestled in Osage Beach, this charming condo for £169 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This fantastic 2 br 2 ba condo is located near everything Osage Beach has to offer. It's perfect for families or couples looking for that home away from home! For starters this condo is on the 3rd floor, so whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening your lake views are spectacular. The condo is one floor below parking level and the elevator is just steps from the door. The master bedroom provides guests with a king bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and full private bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom provides guests with a queen bed, flat screen TV, dresser, closet, and private door entry into the second full bathroom (also accessed from hallway). The large open concept kitchen and living room area provide guests with new furniture including leather sofa, love seat, and recliner. Gas fireplace, HDTV with surround sound, and free WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with ice maker and dishwasher provided. There is also a washer and dryer in this condo. Patio doors open up from both the living room and kitchen to allow tons of natural light and access to the large balcony. There is a patio table and seating for six on the balcony, as well as a large grill for outdoor cooking (gas provided). The condo is set up perfectly to host four guests; however a self-inflating queen size air mattress is provided for up to two additional guests if needed. This complex provides many more amenities as well... There is a zero-entry swimming pool with waterfall, kids splash pad and lazy river, playground, basketball court, clubhouse with pool table, and we have a great fitness center. There is also a 1/2 mile walking path that follows the waters edge along the property. Condo is located within just a few minutes of dining, entertainment, outlet mall, boutiques, and state park. Boat slip (12X36) may be available on request for additional $25/Nt No Smoking No Pets

Wonderful accommodations for our siblings and spouses to get away. We had another 3 bedroom condo rented close by…space worked well for the 7 siblings. Condos were well maintained, basic necessities provided, location of condos close to restaurants and bars, grocery store, and plenty of boutiques for us 5 girls to shop at, Lots of “it’s 5’clock somewhere” time at the pool❤️ would book again in the future!

The stay was perfect! The condo was clean, updated and had everything we could have needed for our stay. We frequented the balcony looking out into the lake. The docks, while a bit of a jaunt, were clean and well maintained. The pools were awesome for days when we didn't want to be out on the lake. Mike was very responsive and helpful with everything we came across. We definitely hope to stay here again.

This condo was exactly as described! It's in a perfect location at the Lake with an amazing view! We were fortunate that the weather was great and we could enjoy the deck. We enjoyed every minute of our relaxing get away! Mike was great to communicate with and we would definitely book this unit again.

The pictures for this unit do not do it justice. It was very clean and new feeling. We had plenty of towels and kitchen items for our stay. The beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. It was easy to get to dining and shopping. The view is spectacular! We were only able to enjoy the deck a couple of nights because of the cold weather. I will recommend this unit to friends and family. We will be back!

Four of us for four days and we were all impressed! From reservations to checkout communication was great. The condo had everything we need to cook and enjoy our stay. Beds were very comfortable with fine linens. The boat rental slip was perfect for our 35 foot boat. The sunset view is incredible. We also liked being able to see views of main channel. We stayed five nights and everything was great. Had plenty of towels, they even had beach towels, supplies and the condo was very clean. If you are at the lake in the summer you're not in the room much, but either way it was comfortable. Right across from the elevator and a nice walk to the dock and pool. The owner was very receptive and helpful!

My mother and I have been going to the Lake for a week ever since she lost her mother 18years ago. My Mom has slowly developed many health issues and this Condo has been a GOD send to our trip! The owners have been extremely gracious, and checks in to make sure everything is going well. The cost makes it to where we can stay longer to enjoy our time together and the location is so centrally located that we can to everything with ease. The condo is extremely clean, spacious and makes its so relaxing to stay. This is the second year in a row we have stayed with them and hopefully we can gain next year!!
