The quiet neighborhood is located on the Dogwood / Azalea Trail. It is centrally located in town. Nearby there are parks, shopping, restaurants, and the Riverpark center. The backyard is fully fenced to protect any four footed guests.

We were in town for a wedding at River Park. This was so convenient to everything, and we had space to relax and visit together in between wedding weekend activities. The house is so cute and cozy, it reminded me of being at my grandma’s house! It was clean, beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. We didn’t cook or eat at the house, but there was a (standard) coffee pot for our morning coffee, with filters and powdered creamer available. (Bring your own coffee; that’s not provided. There is no Keurig.) The house is charming and well-appointed, and much larger than it appears. There are three ample bedrooms downstairs with comfortable queen beds. The upstairs (converted attic) is large, with two twin beds and a separate heating/cooling unit, and a fan. The stairs are very shallow, so if you’ve got elderly guests this wouldn’t be the room for them, but for kids or young adults it’s not the greatest room but it’s fine. Overall, we were quite comfortable and would stay here again. Try Famous Bistro for a wonderful brunch downtown!

Had a great stay at the house on Hill Ave. Plenty of room and beds. Great experience with the host. He even let us get in a few hours early. Would recommend.

We came for the NSA softball World Series and having never been to Owensboro, we didn’t know what to expect. The house is comfortable, nicely decorated, family friendly and full of amenities. The host/hostess were very friendly and pleasant to work with, accommodating to our changing schedule. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is an adorably remodeled home with plenty of space. We loved that the owners had a pet policy and we were able to travel with our dog. The location is close to everything in Owensboro. Would book again.

The house had all the room and amenities for our needs. Very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. We were pleasantly surprised with the 3 nice bedrooms and 2 full baths on lower level and much more sleeping arrangements upstairs. Highly recommend!

This house is beautifully and thoughtfully set up for guests. We had a great time while town for a family wedding. The outdoor temperature was hot but the inside stayed cool. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. All areas were very clean. They even had a bin of toys that my toddler loved! We will definitely book again if we find ourselves back in the area!

This house is beautifully and thoughtfully set up for guests. We had a great time while town for a family wedding. The outdoor temperature was hot but the inside stayed cool. Rental process was simple and straightforward. Owners were easy to communicate with and all of the rental info clear. It was so nice to have a house while in town visiting family. We brought our small dog so we appreciated the fenced yard. It was very comfortable for our whole family. Great location!

We have never rented a house before. Normally we just do a hotel. However, that will be changing. We had a great time here. It was cozy and home feeling. The other couple staying with us also loved it. We couldn't have asked for better!

The Perfect Setting

Our out of town family came in for our wedding. We were able to celebrate an early, home cooked Thanksgiving meal as well as visit. The house is spacious and conveniently located. It felt like home since our home is too small for overnight guests.

Comfy & Cozy
We enjoyed this lovely gem. What a great place to stay - from the lovely decor to the comfy beds to the fluffy towels. Centrally located and close to lots of good shopping & restaurants. Definitely will stay here again when visiting.

We were far enough away from all of the traffic, but close enough to all of the things that make Owensboro a fun place to visit. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the layout. Even though it may not look very big from the street, there is so much room inside. Beds were comfortable, air was cold, showers were warm. The decor gave it a cozy feel. Would recommend 100%.
