Park you car in a dedicated space just for you, and walk or bike everywhere in our lovely beach town. The studio, located above our garage, has a separate entrance up one flight of stairs. Far enough from Main Street to not hear the hustle and bustle at night yet close to it all, our studio is a great place to relax. Theres a full kitchen to make your meals, while the queen sized bed will give you a cozy nights sleep. We include two bicycles with each rental to allow our guests to get around Huntington Beach car-free. For those staying over a week we include a light cleaning mid stay, free of charge. Close to our studio youll find the famous Huntington Beach pier to take in the sunset or the beach to play a game of volleyball or catch a wave. There are plenty of quaint shops and restaurants and more downtown. On your way to or from our studio make sure to check out famous Highway 1, the Pacific Coastal Highway with million dollar views. So clean and Desarae and Brenda were the most amazing hosts and were more than accommodating, I cannot wait to go again! It was so peaceful and wonderful! Thank you again so very much! The bike was excellent quality and well maintained. HUGE bonus!

The location was such an easy walk to the beach. They even had beach chair which was awesome. Easy to Uber to other places as well. Very comfy bed and just a great studio!

The studio is beautifully updated with all of the amenities needed including a set of bicycles, to enjoy your stay at the beach. It’s a short walk to the pier and Main Street shops and restaurants. Parking is always a premium at HB, but the studio offers you off street parking which is convenient. Highly recommend if you’re staying for a week or weekend.

For the host: the shower water pressure could be increased a little and still save our precious resource. The pillows on the bed could be supplemented with ones that are softer, thinner. Thank you for your hospitality - we enjoyed the location and convenience.

Hosts were so kind, property exactly as described, and location excellent! The snacks were a sweet surprise for us. There is a CVS nearby to grab a few groceries. It’s a beautiful and easy walk to the downtown and the beach. The bed is comfy and there is a ceiling fan too. We LOVED our 4 night 5 day stay here.

Wow!! This property exceeded our expectations. We were scheduled to arrive very late on the day of our check-in. The property owner left a light on for us and that was just the start of our great stay! We felt at home the entire time we were in the unit, even though that time was limited due to planned activities. HIGHLY recommend this property!

My partner and I wanted to do a fairly easy honeymoon and stay near the beach. We both love doing things as local as possible and this room was perfect for that! The beach is SOOO close and all the shops and restaurants are as well. The manager of the stay had bikes for us so we sometimes walked and other times biked and it was so pleasant. All of the streets have SUPER easy names to remember and the shops are so great to see at night! (Be sure to visit the restaurant at the end of the pier). Overall, the stay was so wonderful and honestly even better than I could have hoped for. The manager of this place is so kind and gracious. She is super easy to talk to and really deserves a round of applause. I would definitely recommend this place for a pleasant personal visit or a vacation with a partner. The beach is close and the place is relaxing. So grateful we booked it.

Perfect for us for a 9 night stay. Close to everything but wonderfully quiet. Beautiful studio! Beach cruisers, beach chairs and large umbrella provided by the host. We'd definitely return here again!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is going to Huntington Beach California. The location is unbeatable, 15 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean and stocked with anything you would need on your trip. The host was quick to answer when needed and very nice. We had an amazing time and will definitely be going back.

This is an ideal rental for a couple or an individual. Neighborhood felt very safe - as a woman, I would have been very comfortable staying her by myself and exploring Huntington and the beach area on my own. This particular trip was with my husband, and he was also very happy and comfortable in the studio. Very easy, short walk to downtown Huntington Beach. It's a large 2nd-floor studio with private entrance up a flight of outdoor stairs. Studio has nice bedding and a new bathroom. There are kitchen/cooking essentials, dishes, glasses and silverware, a refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner stove, sink, and even a dishwasher! Big closets and plenty of shelves if you're staying long enough to unpack. Windows with screens by the bed that open if you want fresh air. There's also a big-screen TV - we never turned it on because there was so much to see and do in Huntington Beach!
