Convenient location and nice staff.

Facilities are outdated, toilets are too small and your privates touch the bowl. There was black mold in our room. And the room doesn't get cold enough so you sweat all night.

Location is excellent. Services are excellent. Convenient to travel to several destinations

More space between bed and working table.

Working Table and the seat is a little bit narrow space

APA chain standard, clean, it has what you need if you just need a place to sleep in.

It doesn’t have the in-house onsen like some other APA hotels we stayed in in Japan. Didn’t have a great experience during check in. Receptionist was following SOP like a robot and didn’t have the capacity to understand the guests perspective when there’s an issue.

Nothing I can say about like.

Room doesn't provide bottled mineral water for long stay guest & room cleaning only perform in every 3 days. Sounds strange towards long stay guest.

Cleanliness, the place are close to all stores restaurant and mall
