What's not to likešš we loved our room, comfortable bed, extremely clean, pleasant helpful staff, we will definitely stay here again.

Itās was lovely and modern (loved the art element) very clean and very comfortable! (My children would have stayed asleep all morning if I didnāt wake them!)
I have very bad arthritis so I get nervous what the bed will be like and the bed was perfectā¦better than my own! Staff were so friendly too. Lovely little coffee/tea station in the room with quality products stocked. 100% would stay here again! Great location, the sea is around 100 yards from the hotel and north pier is right next to it. Great pricing.
I didnāt see a disabled access, thatās the only negative for me (I need a wheelchair from time to time)

the hole experience was fantastic we travel to Blackpool at least 6 times a year also every other weekend were all over the country as we follow the northern soul scene so were allways in B&Bs and after 6 years of traveling this is one of the best accommodations we have staid in so far were looking forward to staying there when were next in Blackpool the brilliant staff even kept the young farmers in check they was so quiet we would have never guess they were there
there is nothing they could have done to make it better its perfect

The location was excellent, really easy to check in and lovely management
We werenāt sure how to work the heating and it did get very warm in the rooms at some points

Loved the theming of the room, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. location great too!
We were in a cinema themed room, it was pretty dark during the day with a large pink film covering the window (which was a bit odd and not really needed). Other than that everything was fine!

The hotel was very poor, and so were the staff, apart from the cleaner. itās since closed down and Iām not surprised. Got a 50% refund but it should have been 100%
The room, which wasnāt the one we booked was awful with leaking shower, light bulbs missing, paint peeling of the walls, lights broken from ceiling, lift out of order, cafe/ bar not open. No breakfast at a B&B?, and the list goes on!

No breakfast available. It really annoys me when hotels call themselves B&B but don't do the second B.

Clean comfortable room up to date fixtures and fittings, quiet good position, near metropole.
It's a art b and b so it's slightly a design over practicality, partner would have like dressing table and mirror to do makeup, but it's still great for the price,sadly no breakfast and 10 am checkout is the earliest I had in a while.

What an absolute find. Beautiful b&b - loved the overall feel. The room was superb - white bed linen, uncluttered and beautifully decorated room, and a fantastic shower room. Best hotel shower in a long time! The bar was perfect, and the host lovely. Great value for money. Key card for the bnb door and bedroom door was also a winner.

Did not get room we booked due to room repairs. Loose feather edge wood stored outside below our bedroom window flapping & banging in wind all night kept me awake. Toilet Flush Handle fell off.
Staff to show genuine concern when complained. An interest in staff saying they must check the loose boards outside and show a real interest in the point I raised.

Located close to where we were watching the show,close to places to eat and drink. Excellent staff who very efficient and always there to help when needed. We will definitely book again next time we are in Blackpool. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

Good location near the tower. Public parking literally 200 yards away. The room was lovely, clean and we'll presented. We had a projector mounted on the ceiling, but couldn't figure out how to use it (didn't find any instructions). All the rooms appear to have different themes and we were in the movie/film room. A different, enjoyable experience.
Not having instructions for projector (or maybe I didn't find them).

Great location on the seafront in central Blackpool and near to Blackpool North station. The hotel was very stylish. One of the comfiest hotel beds I've slept in for ages!
It's a shame the hotel cafe bar wasn't open for service.

A big bold brash room , loved it very quirky. The bath was of a good size , showers were excellent. The bed was large and comfortable. The room had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again.
The lift wasn't working š¢ The bar was soft drinks only and it would be a bonus if they did breakfast .
