Unit 1 - Three Floors - 4 Bedrooms This unit has four bedrooms and sleeps 12. You'll find three bedrooms on the second floor, including a king master with a full-size air mattress in the closet, another queen bedroom, and the third has a full-size and a twin bed. The third floor is a queen with attached full bathroom. Unit 2 - 2 Bedrooms This unit has four bedrooms and sleeps 6. This unit has two queen bedrooms, a Pack n' Play, and one full-size air mattress. BATHROOMS Ensuite bathrooms are available in the Master and third floor bedrooms. A full bathroom on the second floor is available to the third and fourth bedrooms. For maximum convenience, an additional half-bath sits on the main floor of the home. The Master Bathroom offers a full-soaking tub and standing shower with two rainfall shower heads. One more full bath awaits and the lower level. Each bathroom is stocked with all of the essential toiletries. We were there for a family wedding from out of state. The house was amazing and accommodates a large group very well. Only issue with the house itself is the fact that there are a lot of stairs, if traveling with an older person it can make it difficult. The neighborhood that this house is in did not feel super safe. Once inside the house it felt safe, but outside just did not. Matter of fact, during our stay our neighbors car got stolen through the night. They do offer a garage to put your vehicle in, however we arrived in the dark and could not figure out how to get to the back alley to get into the garage. Only other complaint was that there were very few television channels and there was a roku remote, but no roku itself? Very nice house, just wish the location would have been a little better:)

I had requested an early check in. I was told if no one was renting before us there would be no problem getting in. There was no one before us. When we arrived it was raining and we were stuck outside for 30 min until we were allowed to enter the downstairs unit. There was 1 lady cleaning this giant house. The whole house needs a deep clean. The baseboards and bathrooms need cleaning. There was no washcloths or kitchen towls. The space was great. Beds were firm.

The property was just what our family needed. The unit upstairs was large enough to our family to have our meals together, laugh, talk, play games and watch television. The downstairs unit with the two bedrooms kitchen and its own washer/dryer, kitchen and living room was cozy. However, the location is not wheelchair accessible or good for individuals who have issues walking - there are a lot of stairs. Additionally, the kitchen dishwasher needed a really good cleaning, the jacuzzi tub didn't work in the master bathroom, and for the upstairs unit (at least on the side we stayed) other than the television in the living room the only other television was in the master bedroom and there was no remote to be found for it. But overall the place was clean, location quiet and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The place was clean, well equipped and perfect for large groups. The TV situation was my only complaint, there should be at least basic cable setup on the main TV in the living room. Connecting your phone via bluetooth on the TV was spotty at best.

My family of 11 booked this property for a birthday celebration. Overall the house was fabulous and had all the space we needed. The proximity to downtown was nice, yet you didn’t feel at all like you were too close. We could walk to a coffee shop and to a fun bar so that was a bonus. The only thing I would change is more family room seating and a larger kitchen table. Otherwise I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The host was excellent at replying to any communication I had!
