Nestled in Lake Anna, this attractive house for £420 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. As a young boy both of my grandparents owned lake houses, one in North Carolina and one in Virginia. Some of the best times of my life were at the Lake with my family; fishing for catfish and bass, swimming, boating, cooking hot dogs and smores, eating watermelon, etc. We’ve been going to Lake Anna for over 42 years and we’ve had this property at Lake Anna for over 12. We have had many special times and made special memories and offer you the opportunity to enjoy our house and make special memories as well. Please come, enjoy the peace and quiet, and share with your family the great family times we know you will have. This Fully Furnished, 4,700 square feet, 6 bedroom, 2 sleeper sofas, 4 bath home is available year-round. It's situated on Lake Anna on the NW finger of Lake Anna’s public side of the lake, near Route 522. Just minutes from Tim’s at Lake Anna, Lake Anna Tap House, Lake Anna Winery, and Cooling Pond Brewery. Additionally, we are minutes by way of water to the Lake Anna Sandbar where you can play volleyball and enjoy good times with the family. The home has a beautiful spacious living room, hearth room (with fireplace) and large open kitchen and dining area that all look out through two sliding glass doors and eyelid windows over the large deck (with 2 umbrella equipped tables with seating for 12+) to the water and 1 thousand square foot private dock below with tie ups for 3 boats and an additional mooring. Our downstairs living room/play room is equipped with Smart TV with a 65' FLAT SCREEN for the big game with pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table and foosball table for that family competition. Another Fireplace is also located here in the basement living area. Three bedrooms are located on the main floor allowing easy entry for children or seniors. Another living room is upstairs. A large driveway provides plenty of convenient parking spaces for 10+ cars. The walk-out basement has two separate full bath/king and queen and twin beds with TVs. The first floor has a Master California King bedroom with walk out balcony and huge Master Bath, walk in shower and tub, kids' play area, Queen Bed, and 2 single bunk beds. New for Summer 2022 we have finished the upstairs with an additional King tilt bed, sleeper sofa and futon with an additional luxury bathroom. This spacious house has lots of decks and plenty of light, with beautiful mature trees providing plenty of shade and sun. The back yard leads to a nice 142-foot waterfront, private dock, and PRIVATE BOAT RAMP within the HOA. In Summer, rentals are preferred for full-week periods during high-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) but 3 days minimum. Off-season rentals are available for a minimum of 3 nights. Includes: Charcoal Grill, Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table, Amazon/Sling/Netflix/Smart TV access, Boat Launch, Private Dock, Canoe, 2 Kayaks, Rowboat, 2 Fire Pits, etc.

My family group of 18 have a great time in this property. Everything is confortable for a numerous groups. We focused in the special things that this property have and It's a greta place to stay. The host had a great comunication with us and provide all the information needed before and after 😊

We had a very pleasant stay at Farmer's Landing for a family reunion over the holiday. Lots of space and lots of beds. Well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meals. We enjoyed the kayaks and canoing on Lake Anna and the kids enjoyed the game room. Great spot for a multi-family gathering.

This property was perfect for our stay and accommodated our large group. Only complaints we had as a whole was the outside, there were so many spider webs, etc. Everywhere we sit we had to clean them off and i know thats not something that can always be helped which is why i still rated this property as good!

This is my second time staying at this property and once again enjoyed it. We had a group of 8 adults and 8 children. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Mark is a fanatic host, quick to respond to any questions. I heard all the beds were comfortable. If I had one suggestion it would be to have an empty cabinet in the kitchen for groceries, but with that being the only improvement. Great house!

Property was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. We put the jigsaws together played pool and games, enjoyed the kayaks and canoe, rented a pontoon boat, had great family bonding.

I couldn’t have had a better experience at the Farmer’s Landing. Mark was a wonderful host, and communicated often. I hosted my bachelorette party here and had a mix of family and friends of all ages. We had a blast. Highly recommend for large groups of families and friends looking to hang out, play games, and enjoy company. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone, everyone was comfortable.

We had a great time at the Farmers Landing. Plenty of spaces to spread out with 3 floors of living space and bedrooms. Everything was very well-kept and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you would need to cook. Beautiful deck overlooking the water. Plenty of space to tie up our boat and waverunners. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay at Lake Anna!

Our extended family has been vacationing together off and on since 1998 at the beach and lake and we have stayed at many properties. This is by far one of our favorite homes for so many reasons. Waterfront access was important to us. We did not rent a boat but there is a slip to keep one if you do so. The house was very clean, we opted to have sheets and towels as part of our package to cut down on packing. Everything was clean and in good shape. It was THE BEST stocked kitchen by far! We weren't missing anything, and we cooked every day for 12 people. Our weather didn't cooperate, and we were in the house for 3 of our days but there is plenty of room to spread out, work puzzles, play games and enjoy the basement game tables. We had several questions throughout the week and the owner was very responsive to messages. If you are considering renting, go for it! One recommendation for the lake is to bring water shoes or waterproof sandals to wear in the water. Due to lack of rain, the water was a little shallow and, in some spots, close to the dock you could touch bottom. We also brought our own crockpots for meals so we could be at the lake and that was helpful! You will enjoy your stay!

Large, modern, well-equipped house directly on lake with beautiful views. There was plenty of room for all of us (8 adults, 7 kids) and the teenagers loved the game room. The newly renovated upstairs was a particular highlight and a great place for late night board games. Our stay was in late December and the winter light on the lake was lovely and memorable. Would stay again for sure.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. There was plenty of room for all 19 of us. We took advantage of the fishing, kayaking, canoeing. Even though we couldn't swim in the lake, there was enough to keep the kids busy. ousins had a great time getting to know one another better, and siblings spent much needed time together w/o kids while grandma and grandpa babysat. So glad we picked Farmer's Landing to spend our time at.

Our family had so much fun!! We loved how spacious it was and the activity table was also nice. There are three separate living room areas so you can space out as needed. The finished upstairs is beautiful! We also used the kayaks and canoe one day. It’s close to the marina and grocery store. We would definitely consider renting again!

We had a great week at Farmer’s Landing! The house was a perfect size for our 11 people. Very clean, great amenities, and loved having a dock for our boat. The kids loved the game tables in the basement. The location was great (only a few minutes by boat to Tim’s and the Moo Thru)! We’d definitely consider staying here again!

Family Memories
Perfect house for a large family. We all had a great "fun" week that led to lots of new memories. The dock was very nice and swimming out at the lake's sandbar was especially fun for the whole family. The owner was also very responsive.

Perfect for a large family vacation
My adult children, two grandchildren and husband and I truly enjoyed our first time to Lake Anna! This house is perfect for a large family. Plenty to keep everyone entertained! My grandchildren caught their first fish from the dock, they went paddle boarding, played with the pool table and air hockey table, plenty of room for dinner and everything you need with their fully stocked kitchen! Great Stay!
Had an amazing time with 10 people and 2 children at this lakefront house. The rooms are exactly as pictured and it came with a lot of kitchen utensils which made things very convenient. The location is a 15-20min drive from the restaurants and wineries but it is an easy drive and everyone was very friendly. We really enjoyed the canoe and kayak that came with the rental. The dock is clean and well maintained. The internet went out the first night but Mark was very responsive and it was up and working again by the morning. The bedrooms were comfortable and the master bedroom had an incredible view with a very spacious bathroom. For the price, it offered everything we expected and more!
Overall had a great time at this property and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway at Lake Anna!

Amazing property
My family stayed at this beautiful property. We had such an amazing time, Beautiful house and location. we had fun floating on the lake to kayaking and night sitting around the fire pit. We rented this property so my sister from topsail Beach along with my adult children and kids to spend a weekend together. The house was perfect for all of us. We absolutely love your visiting. Perfect for a larger family vacation
We loved our stay at Land's End! The house was perfect for our annual sibling vacation, which included 8 adults, and 10 kids ages 1-13. The kids had their own space downstairs to play and the adults relaxed on the deck overlooking the lake! The dock was great for swimming and docking our bass boat. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Mark was a gracious host with excellent communication.
