Setting was beautiful. Amazing location in the hills of Colorado. Very private and quiet.

Very dirty facility. Mouse / Rat poop throughout the house. House seemed like it had need been cleaned. Very dirty and disappointing overall. Tables were dusty, food was smashed into the couch, floors were gross. All beds were queen's and very uncomfortable. Some guest took their mattress off the box spring onto the floor to try to make it more comfortable. I complained about the facility and how dirty it was and was 100% ignored from the host. Very disappointing overall. It could be an amazing cabin, but it is not.
