The house is in a great location. Unfortunately, there is only parking for 1 car, but there is a side road and a public car park if needed.
The house has everything you need and the communication with the host has been great.
The only negative I would say is that the beds are too soft for us, as we like hard mattresses and the beds are small but then we have king and super king beds at home.

The property was clean, tidy and was perfect for our needs.
It is only a couple of minutes walk into town or the beach, yet the house is in a very quite road.
The parking space was also very handy.
Overall we were very happy with the house but if pushed a bigger TV in the lounge would have been nice.
I have hired a lot of properties over the years and it is not uncommon for the hosts to leave a little welcome basket on arrival.
It is most welcome on arrival to have milk and biscuits for a cup of tea, or even a glass of wine if you arrive late.

The location is very close to everything but not on a busy road.
A large property with really nicely thought out rooms.
Very clean and beds all comfy.
The parking space is tight if you have a larger car. Luckily no one else was staying nearby otherwise parking in the bay and getting out would be tricky.

Spacious clean house, facilities were good, homely feel throughout, convenient location short walk to seaside and shops. Netflix was a bonus. Great communication with Sez.

Loved the location, it is literally in the centre of the town with restaurants, shops and the beach within a 1-2 minute stroll. The house was spotlessly clean throughout. The shower in the main bedroom ensuite was incredibly powerful. Its a really spacious house with a lovely large lounge, dining room, well equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms
The bed in the master bedroom needs a new mattress.

The location of the house was excellent. Walking distance to everything and very close to the beach. The house was spacious and the bedrooms large and comfortable. The small terrace at the back was nice and sunny in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped and it was excellent value for money.
Some of the fixtures and fittings could be improved, eg: no bedside light in the twin room, broken toilet seat in the master bedroom etc

The house was very clean and in an excellent location. The house is furnished with everything you need for a self-catering holiday, The on-site parking was exceptionally helpful.

The location was very good
The house was a bit tired, the bathrooms need redecorating and a deep clean. The down stairs toilet door was broken. There was only a TV in the lounge & twin bedroom. Ideally you need a bigger TV and DVD in living room and a TV in every bedroom. The courtyard needs a tidy. The kettle has white fur growing in it

location was excellent. close to all amenities. tucked away on a quiet road.
nothing i can think of- there are a lot of stairs if that's an issue for anyone but it wasn't for us.

Absolutely fabulous, usually stay in b&b or hotel, totally converted to this accommodation. Elderly couple, stairs kept us fit but, can't wait to return. Thanks sez!
Need a chopping board in kitchen, those lovely granite tops need protection! Little radio in dining room would add life to ground floor.

Ideal location close to some amazing coffee shops and breakfast cafés and 5 minutes walk from the beach. House itself was clean and beds were comfortable and bonus was the free parking space.
TV,s in bedrooms need updating. No smart TVs apart from tiny one in lounge area.
