The staff could only speak french.
There was No air-con.

It's actually an OAP's home but very quiet and pleasant with secure parking.
Unclear on arrival where Reception is, actually on first floor.

The room was clean and modern.
The space was a bit clinical, devoid of personality. Only the bare minimum facilities provided. Part of a retirement complex.

Clean studio apartment around the corner from the beach. Spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and they honoured our request for an extra bed, a folding single bed for our teen (and it was comfortable). We had the optional breakfast once - 8 Euro each and good. There are food vendors and pharmacies within walking distance.
No AC so it was hot at night, but they provided us with a fan which helped. We could have used more than the two chairs provided for our meals, two of us sat on the couch to eat.

Bad organization, internet problems, TPE machine problems. Asked to arrive before 17h and finally couldn’t give the room till 18h

Very nice, modern and spacious apartment. A lot of extra facilities (gym, restaurant, library room) although most wasn’t used due to COVID.
The rooms were not airconditioned and it got very hot (we had to buy a fan to be able to sleep).

Great service. Very nice team. I liked the breakfast with hot pain au chocolat and croissant!
