Situated in Osage Beach, this lovely house for £1,164 per night is a great choice for your next break. Treat your family and friends to a fabulous lake vacation that will sure to be a memory-maker for everyone! This custom-built Luxury Home was designed with entertaining large groups in-mind from the top-level to the boat dock! It is located in Osage Beach close to all of the lake area's top attractions from restaurants and shopping to entertainment, sight-seeing. and a number of golf courses. The main-level boasts an incredible gourmet kitchen, hearth room, and open sitting area. Two King Master Suites flank each side of the home with ultra-lux baths sure to spoil you when you're ready to relax. The private office provides separation and quiet should you need to touch base with business back home. Just off of the kitchen and hearth rooms is the uppermost Lakeside Deck which features a sitting/ dining area, hot tub, and large grill. As you follow the large staircase toward the middle level, your jaw will drop as you see what I refer to as the "Grand Lobby" of sorts! This huge room with soaring ceilings and Lake views features a high-end bar and sitting area, a large fireplace, and TV & Gaming areas. Whatever your family and friends enjoy, you'll find it here! The mid-level outdoor seating area might be my favorite. Comfortably cushioned lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table provide an awesome social setting under-roof and out of the sun. Also on the mid-level are a Bunk Room and Private Queen Bedroom. The bunk room is a favorite for the kids as it features two 3-level Full-Sized Bunk Beds! Twelve kids could have the ultimate camp-out here looking out the large windows over the Lake. The Queen Bedroom features a comfortable bed, ceiling fan, and just outside both bedrooms is a full shared bath with a fantastic shower. Another stairway takes you to the lower level where a private large bedroom offers two queen beds to sleep up to four adults. Just outside is yet another full bath! The patio outside provides for a third outdoor living area even closer to the Lake. Just out back is a thin grassy area between the house and sea wall where you could enjoy outdoor games such as bean bags or washers. A cart-path along the side of the house provides for easy access from the driveway out front to the back yard / lowest level. The Boat Dock provides two open slips sized 12x40 and 16x44’ for the boat(s) you bring along or rent during your stay. The dock also features a sun deck area with a high dive and staircase ladder. Our guests thoroughly enjoy swimming and playing in the lake. Bring those water-toys! The over-sized, 3-car garage offers indoor parking for your vehicles. The driveway offers space for up to 3 additional vehicles and there is also off-street parking for 2 more smaller vehicles if needed.

This venue proved to be ideal for our half-day executive meeting. With ample rooms, our team comfortably stayed at the house, swiftly launching, and settling the boat, while also arranging the meeting space. The kitchen came in handy for serving breakfast and lunch. The downstairs area served as an excellent setting for our small group, with the added advantage of displaying presentations on the TV. The convenience of having the boat parked right at the house on the dock for our afternoon activity was a significant plus! Additionally, the manager/owner's recommendation of Baxter’s Lakeside Grille was an absolute hit with everyone.

It was beautiful. The water was perfect for floating and the house was so entertaining for those who were not fond of the water. We all enjoyed it so much. We did feel as though we had lost a few pounds with all the stairs. All good.

We really love staying at this property - excellent location (by land), excellent location (by water), calm "no wake" cove, veyr close to our Marina (MarineMax) - two really nice living levels, absolutely FANTASTIC new dock that we spent a LOT of time on, and were able to park our 40 foot boat in covered slip "out" of sun and rain - same for two PWC's. It just works out so well and a bonus is impressive Fireworks display at the end of the cove - from a private home. Jason is great to work with - we'll be back.

Absolutely beautiful home to share time with your family. The inside of the home is decorated very pretty and comfortable. This home has activities inside and outside, with a large dock to swim in the cove. I would definitely stay again ! Kelly

This house was perfect!! We had several couples and plenty of space! Jason was great to work with and his response time was outstanding. The lake was so much fun and renting a boat was easy with a slip right on the property. I would highly recommend this property for large groups of people looking for a cozy lake experience. Lake of the Ozarks did not disappoint and my 40th Birthday get together was a huge success. Thank you so much for such a fun and memorable stay!

Can I just say, this home was EVERYTHING and more. The pictures of the home does not do the home justice. The rooms look the same but it's the little things that you can't see through the pictures, like the steam shower, the other shower with the dual shower heads. The Game Room was the icing on the cake with the Pac Man Machine. The property owner was very professional, easy to contact and responded when I had a situation with the wifi (nothing that Spectrum couldn't fix). The family enjoyed the dock and fishing, they are already planning a trip back in the summer. AWESOME place to spend with your entire family so spacious.

This is a fantastic property. We had two families of 4 and it was great! Very clean and everything was as in the description and probably even better. Very well equipped kitchen. The house, property, boat dock, view, etc. makes this a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time with 14 adults and a baby enjoying this property. The level with the bar and the pool table was the biggest hit. With COVID restricting our dining out options, we very much appreciated the room in the main kitchen to prepare meals. The only negative is the bar/kitchen areas missing some basic staples (cocktail shaker, wine opener, cutting boards, etc) so just come prepared with everything you need! Also make sure you bring your own beach towels for swimming in the lake.

Location to town excellent, dock area excellent and access from the house was really close. This house did not provide simple things like shampoo, conditioner and soaps like other properties we’ve stayed at, just make sure you bring your own as the house worked really well for our family!

Wonderful house with plenty of space. Very clean. Great kitchen. Plenty of seating in kitchen, lower level, patios, and docks. Awesome location. Quiet cove perfect for swimming off the dock. Great hot tub! We loved it! We did think the beds were a little uncomfortable, the showers weren’t stocked with shampoo or body wash, and would’ve liked to have oil to use in the kitchen. These were minor things.
