One of the best hotels in Bodrum seashore
This is our second stay at the Kaya Palazzo hotel chain, and I would like to say that it is one of our favorite hotels in Turkey so far. 1. The food is the best. Many thanks to the restaurant staff and chefs. The food experience was so exciting that I still can't eat at home, craving the amazing seafood and meat experience from the restaurant. I would also like to thank Mr. Mustafa, who was very attentive and nice to our family during our breakfast, lunch, and dinner times. And again - many thanks to the amazing chefs who made our experience unbelievable. 2. The room. We were upgraded to a huge, quiet villa with 4 bedrooms for free. Inside, we had Bvlgari cosmetics, very cozy beds and pillows, an amazing view of the garden and sea. Also, not to mention a huge fridge, all necessary utilities for cooking (we took FB+; however, if you stay with BB only, please be assured you will have everything needed for cooking), a washing machine with detergent and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Sleeping on the pillows and beds was amazing, very comfortable and cozy. 3. Beach, pool, and spa. The areas are nicely clean, with white Maldives sand on the beach making it an amazing place to enjoy your holiday. The pool is very cozy and comfortable. The spa looks renewed - very clean, quiet, with very nice smells inside.
1. Territory: The hotel is situated on a hill with many villas and parking areas nearby. However, this means that your walking experience mostly involves navigating up and down hills through parking lots. You can use the buggy service anytime, but sometimes it's nice to take a stroll. If you're traveling with a child who still uses a stroller, it's advisable to request a room in the lower area. 2. Kids club: This was one of the biggest disappointments. We traveled with our 5-year-old child, and it's crucial for us to have a kids club where our child can spend some time. Upon arrival, we were informed that the kids club operates from 9 am to 9 pm. However, when we went to check it out, the kids club was closed. When we raised the issue the next day, we were told it was a mistake and that staff should have been present. It was only on the evening of the second day of our stay that we learned there was no personnel in the kids club and that it might open the following week. Although our guest relations manager, Alexandra, kindly played with our daughter for a while, it was very disappointing that we couldn't use the facility. 3. Pool bar, beach bar, minibar in the villa: Note: When you opt for Full Board+, these bars are not included. The cocktails are overpriced, and soft drinks are not included. You have to pay 95TL for a glass of Turkish tea. The minibar in the villa is also not included. Come on, for such a luxurious hotel chain, it's not just about the alcohol; at the very least, soft drinks and coffee/tea should be complimentary. 4. Cleaning in the rooms: We encountered a very uncomfortable situation on the day of checkout when the cleaning staff arrived at our villa 30 minutes before checkout time and started cleaning while we were taking a shower and packing our luggage. This is unacceptable on the checkout day. There was likely a miscommunication, or please ensure that the cleaning staff are instructed not to do this.

Loved it, back soon!
Loved the hotel. Beautiful views, and two stunning pools. Food was above average, with the breakfast buffet being small but punchy. Huge room. They had a fantastic on-site concierge / guest services guy, Serhat, who made reservations, answered all my questions and booked an amazing dive experience for me. Felt super safe as a solo (female) traveller. Would happily come back.
Wish the rooms had baths instead of showers. The resort also felt a tiny bit dated like it could do with a refurb.

Great spacious hotel for couples and families alike in the southern part of Bodrum.
Best part is the beachfront, it’s a pretty big space and there are many different sections to lounge: grass, sand and decks. The view is really gorgeous and if you sit at the grass / part of the sand there’s always great chill music playing all day. Also the Guest Relations manager Serhat was always attentive and accessible directly on his personal number. It was comforting to know that someone from the hotel was always there. We were at the beach once and asked him to book us a massage at the spa and he did.
For the price we paid for the rooms and extra for food/beverages felt a bit overpriced vs the value that we got. The prices were more high end luxury prices and the experience was great but it was not luxury.

Perfect place for vacation in Bodrum
Everything of Kara Palazzo is just perfect. All staff are very professional and friendly. Modernized decorations with a large room size, bright, and clean. Breakfast was delicious, many selections. Excellent chefs and bartenders served high quality of foods&cocktails. Serhat is an incredible guest relation, helpful, and supportive. The blonde hair lady (can’t remember her name) from house keeping is polite, they made room delicately. Definitely, retune back again if I visit Bodrum next time.

Stunning, relaxing, high end instagrammable hotel with immaculate beach & pristine rooms. Unique.
The way in which the hotel makes the best use of the cliff side location from the lounge located above reception you see the full panoramic view of the coastline (excellent at sunset) to the superb sunbathing area on the decking by the beach so you feel the wind blowing consistently keeping you cool. First time on a holiday where I did not use the hotel swimming pool because the sea is so clean and clearly well maintained. Beautifully clean beach. Our room was so spacious (superior room sea view), well designed, incredibly comfortable with high end finishes. The Bvlgari bathroom products were lush. The lighting person deserves an award. There's no words for the shower and its near orgasmic water pressure. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily and we enjoyed the welcome hamper of products waiting for us. The Reception area is like an art gallery with beautiful art pieces exhibited throughout (not visible in current hotel pics on here) and the whole premises is very, very Instagrammable. You definitely get what you pay for. The highly efficient buggy system whisking you down to breakfast/restaurant area or the beach is excellent as the walk would be near torture in the heat. The buggy driving staff are incredibly friendly and lovely to chat to. Serhat Kaya - the Guest Relations Supervisor is someone every 5 star hotel ought to have. He is incredibly professional, courteous, friendly and determined to ensure your stay is everything you ask it to be. Vidaat (Viddy I nicknamed him) the beachboy was an absolute pleasure, toiling in the sweltering sun ensuring you were as comfortable as you can be at the beach. His initiative to provide inflatables of his own accord out of his own pocket for the benefit of hotel guests is unmatched. The man does the work of multiple people. He definitely enhanced our stay.
Our flight landed late in the evening so we arrived well after midnight (1am) but when we arrived at Reception, our welcome was rather subdued and we weren't given much information besides confirming ID and a generic sheet of paper about meal times. There wasn't even an offer of a tour in the morning to familiarise us with the hotel as the premises are vast. Whilst there is an abundance of items available in the buffet breakfast, I had hoped the quality of ingredients was better. The fruit is just about sweet, fresh yoghurt is chilled too much therefore lumpy, the baked goods section just did not have much flavour. Mixed/brown bread was not consistently available. No blueberry muffins which is a 5 star hotel staple despite being mentioned to the Head Chef who is a lovely enthusiastic man. We did have a shower water drainage issue which was reported and took a couple visits to resolve completely.
