Property could do with a barbecue and cooling on the upper levels

Loved the position of property, close to everything. Bedding and bedrooms so comfortable.
There were 5 of us and couldn’t really fit comfortably in lounge room. A clothes dryer would have been handy.

The location of Wairangi Beach Cottage is fantastic!!! The cottage is delightful and certainly makes you feel a part of the beautiful Bay of Islands area! I loved this cottage and would definitely come back if in the area again!!

Could do with mirrors in the bedrooms.

Floors microwave dishwasher and some crockery not clean
Poor ventilation causing mould around most windows
