Spacious, quiet, well equipped apartment with a fantastic view. Sandra, our hostess, sent videos of how to access the apartment and how to use the appliances. This was a pleasant surprise and a huge hit given previous experiences. She also sent detailed recommendations for cafes, restaurants, museums, shopping, local sites, etc. She was responsive to our questions.

the cuisine is perfect. all the household appliances are the first quality. we even think about buy some same for ourselves.

The apartment was fabulous. It was so clean and organized. Great, great balcony. Host was very responsive. Well stocked Nespresso machine. Host provided lots of detailed instructions for when they were needed. Short youtube videos for how to use the TV, or how to use the washer, etc.
We would have loved to have a cafe a little closer.

Luxus Penthouse represented Bregenz for me. Bregenz was a hidden gem, so was Luxus Penthouse . Our host was very helpful and accommodating. I do recommend watching the instructions video before arrival ( I couldn't do it but was needed 😜). The apartment is outstanding, modern, clean and very well equipped. Very close to the city center. The parking is secure and easy to park even big SUVs.

Beautiful, spacious apartment on 5th floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Big terrace with outdoor seating area. Entrance through underground car park possible. Jacuzzi bath tub.
Landlady created user guides on how to use the appliances and a digital guidebook (recommodations of what to see, do, where to eat, shop etc. in Bregenz).

My son loved the toys in the kids room, I loved the coffee machine and my husband loved our very comfortable beds.....we would love to come again......
