Welcome pack was more than sufficient and very appreciated.
Wifi reception poor, although we appreciate that this was outside the sites control.Felt that whilst the cutlery and cockery were sufficient for our needs, they were inadequate for the occupancy levels of the cottage.
For example
There were 4 bowls, but if one was needed for serving purposes,
then there would not have been insufficient ,though I'm sure more would have been supplied if asked for.

Pool and kids train is gone but still advised. Club only opened at weekends cos their season not started

The site was clean and well maintained.
The cottage was lovely apart from the sofas. They were very dirty and had a very wet dog smell to them. You could smell damp in the main bedroom .

Nice size for the 3 of us - nice layout in the property
The bathroom & entrance smelt foisty. Mould on bathroom ceiling. Mattress on double bed rubbish. Sofas need renewing.

Great place to stay as a family, the Ivy was clean, tidy and well looked after and was just right for us.
On site pub and amusements for kids were really good, clean & welcoming.
Staff were really helpful & friendly, luckily we were able to extend our stay by another night and will definitely look to go back again.

comfortable property on a holiday campus.
when I first looked it said Filey. I was expecting Filey itself. The property is in Hunmanby a lovely village about 4 miles away from the resort of Filey. This should be more clearly stated. The swimming pool is no longer available but was still shown in photos.

The cottage was central and in a great location to visit several coastal resorts. The cottage was comfy and adequately equipped. The fenced off area for dogs was very useful.

lovely location and site, cottage comfortable with parking and pet friendly
It could do with all carpets removing not practical for pets and there was a smell of dogs and stains on it, it would be better to have laminate flooring

The location was brilliant so close to the local amenities. Very close to the seaside towns also.
The bed wasn’t for us, very uncomfortable. Definitely needs a little update on the decor.
