I was in charge of finding a place for 12 of us to stay. My wife had been super busy so everytime I asked her "Have you looked at the properties I sent you" she would reply "Sorry, I haven't had a chance". One day I asked her again and she said "You know what? I trust you." Talk about putting on the pressure.
I booked this house and when we arrived it did not dissappoint. The layout is perfect for a large family. Plenty of bathrooms to accomodate the needs of many at once. This was especially helpful to get ready quicker in the mornings and after dinner. The second story area with the TV was perfect for the kids. We set up the Switch and Xbox there. The decor for the rooms really took it over the top. It was very clean and had everything we needed.
If I had to be picky I would say the full size bed mattresses could be replaced. You can feel the springs almost like a sofa bed. Also, the house doesn't have an electric water heater so pace your showers so you don't run out of hot water.
Hold on to the contact number in case of anything. After we checked out I couldn't find it on the app. Maybe it was user error but I had it saved. My cousin had left an IPad behind and we were able to reach someone to open for us after our check out time.
If you're wondering iif I would recommend this place, I'll tell you what my wife told me when I asked her if she was satisfied. She said "Daddy did good!"

We stayed over the weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 6th birthday at Magic Kingdom. It’s about 15-20 mins drive which we didn’t mind. We didn’t have any problem finding nor checking in in the property (there’s a lot of 4 way stops getting to the community though). The house is nice and each room design were well thought. There’s a Walmart nearby for supplies and groceries. Communicating with the property managers were easy too. Responses were prompt.

Overall a great place to stay for Disney. We had 2 families. Bunk beds were great and there was plenty of space. Open kitchen great for hanging out and the pool was a plus. Only downsides: walls are very thin and if neighbors are partying/being low you hear EVERYTHING. Had lots of trouble contacting owner and receiving response. Arrived a few min early and door wouldn’t unlock until 15 min prior to check in time even though property was cleaned and ready to go. But at check out we were rushing around for the cleaning crew who arrived on the dot. Overall, would stay again if communication improved.

This house was very clean, decorated for kids and adults and had great space.
We would definitely rent again and recommend it to other families. It saved us a bundle to stay here instead of a Disney hotel. And we had our own pool to ourselves, so the grandkids could splash as much as they wanted.
There were a couple issues - one happened to be the pump on the pool - so I called it in and they had it fixed by the time we returned that day.
The other issue is that the cable, internet went completely out. Again, I placed a call and they fixed it within 5 minutes.
That’s the kind of service you want, in order to make it a stress free vacation. And we loved everything about it.
Thank you for making our grandkids first vacation smooth and enjoyable.

Two families Disney and universal week
Good space for two families enjoying Disney and universal parks for the week. Only thing was filter for water on fridge needed to be replaced, should have been done prior to arrival, but if they didn't know of it, what can you do? Would have been nice to have more dishwasher pods, trash bags, hand soap, etc, but seems to be normal to only supply guests with a little too get started. Rules about garbage could have been communicated better. Overall, great place to stay and great trip.

At first I thought the property would be too far from Walt Disney World resort area. However, it was a short 15 minute drive away. I think the only issue we had is that one of the rooms did not have the remote control to watch Netflix and we had to manually change the input on the actual TV every day to watch cable. Also, the remote controls seemed to be running out of battery in most of the rooms. Other than this, the property is great! WIFI works awesome, and there is a lot of room for a large group. The kids loved the themed Minions and Star Wars room and we spent a lot of time in the open kitchen area watching TV in the living room. We did not use the pool at all since it was cold. I am sure it would be a great place to stay in the summer as well. We definitely recommend it!

The perfect weekend!
We came to Orlando to celerbate my birthday and bachelorette party at the Disney Parks. With the size of our group (9 total) we wanted to stay together in a house vs hotel and the disney property villas were simply too expensive. This was the perfect alternative, easy to get to, and overall had no issues grabbing ubers to the parks as we did not rent a car. Would definitely book here again!

The woman who we communicated with was extremely helpful. We had a few issues with the faucet in the kitchen and it was replaced the next day! I do have an issue with your non existing bottle recycling. Disappointed that it isn’t a priority. Overall great place.

The kids loved the property with the themed bedrooms, but the carpet looked like it needed to be replaced, and it was not as nice as it looked in the pictures. It was slightly overpriced for what it was, if it was as clean and new as it looked in pictures then it would definitely be worth the money.

Great for families!
We were looking for a place where the kids could go to bed after a long day in the park, but the adults didn't have to stay quiet in the hotel room. Absolutely perfect for this! Highly recommend.

Great house horrible management company
This house is brand new and very nice! The private pool was great! However watch out for lots of hidden charges (like 79.00 to use the grill)
Also the check in process was very confusing. Goggle couldn’t find the address and no one at management could help. The complex is new but The company provided no guidance on location. We finally found the property and then had to figure out how/where to get a parking pass. Overall nice home but poorly managed.
