Worst hotel even after informing them about late check in. ,when i reached there they make me wait for 1 hour before room was given n when i told reception guy about late check in n exact arrival time was already informed on app to the property ,the reception guy has audacity of saying ki maine to msg dekha hi ni tha , i have very good experience in Odisha before that , i have never ever seen unprofessional services n staff before this in odisha

Location and staff behavior

Checkin process. Booking.com reservations are not well received. I believe it's a process issue between the provider and the hotel. Hope it will be handled soon.

Horrible. Go at your risk.

Location is good. Bustling market road.

Room photos are misleading. Bedding and pillows were unclean. Had to put my own sheet to sleep on it. Everything was dirty. Cobwebs. Bathroom especially was disgusting with a weird smell. No soap. Towels were missing and when given, fit only for cleaning the heavily phenyled floor. AC remote was missing. Reception does not accept cards and the receptionist might stare at you angrily if you say you don't have Gpay.

Bathroom door knob broken. Fungus on walls. Very dirty bedsheet and pillow covers were filthy to say the least. The manager did not change the bedsheet or pillow covers even after repeated request. Completely disgusting.

My booking was with Breakfast. But they did not provide breakfast.

They maintained the bed properly. The quality of food was also good.The rate wise this room is okkk.

Room is not as I expected. After entering the room is smell very bed.In bathroom the flush is not working properly. The AC is not working properly. Otherwise room is okk for single stay. I asked for TV remote ,I stayed 3 days but they don't gave . Coordination of their worker is not good.

Worst Hotel With Pathetic Service.

Worst Hotel I ever stayed in. The room that was allocated to me has broken bathroom door with no lock, broken chairs, Broken electric switches, water dripping from AC. They provided dirty bedsheets, Gyser was there but not in a condition to use. Not only that the staff their doesn't even know basic manners. Their behaviour is very rude. I will never ever stay in this hotel again. They will insist you to make the payment at the time of checkin. Don't do that. Attaching few photos from the room. See and decide yourself.
