We stayed at the beautiful Astoria for five days. The location was amazing. Two minute walk to Wharf/Government Streets. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, Fisherman’s Wharf, attractions and shopping. Check-in with Tanya was great, accommodating our schedule. Condo was clean and bright with all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend this pretty gem of a condo.

The property was close walking distance to many locations we wanted to see as well as convenient to locations for transportation to Butchart Gardens, whale watching, float plane tours. Condo was very comfortable and well outfitted.

We chose this condo as it is close to where our son lives and it looked great from the pictures. The unit was clean, attractive and very well provisioned with everything you could need. Bed and bedding very comfortable! We really appreciated the food provided to get us started since we arrived very late at night. Rod and Melissa were very accommodating about our late night arrival and the time of our departure. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Rod and Melissa are two of the most gracious people we have ever met. The Check In was thorough and gracious. Everything anyone could ever want. The Check Out procedures in the manual were easy to follow.
The apartment was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything to make you feel at home. The kitchen was special.
The area is a few minutes away from the Inner Harbour, shopping, and everything else.

This was a perfect unit for us to spend 10 days. The unit was complete with everything needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Centrally located with private secure parking and fine views. Loved it!

It's an absolute no-brainer to stay in any of Rod & Melissa's properties if you're visiting Victoria. The communication was top-notch, check in experience was concierge level, and the suite is in a perfect location. I was super impressed by their St. Regis/luxury hotel caliber of cleanliness and attention to detail in the unit, right down to the neat arrangement of items in every cupboard. They have thought through everything, and quality/cleanliness/convenience is a #1 priority! I am very particular and have seen it all, so that means a lot :-). Can't wait to stay again soon!

We were looking for a downtown location with parking, this was perfect. Secure parking for the car when we weren't walking/exploring the nearby area, easy in and out for car excursions. Unit well stocked with everything we needed and more. Appreciated the loaf of yummy bread and coffee maker choice to get us off to a good start our first morning there. Only regret is that we didn't visit the Market on Yates Street sooner - we would have had more meal at the unit from their fabulous selection.

A great location for an urban walking vacation, the Tranquility Suite is clean, cozy and well-appointed. Very enjoyable - close to restaurants, parks and shops. We loved it.

Everything we needed right where we needed it. We walked to every restaurant and bar even with a car conveniently parked in garage. Our morning run route went around the inner harbour to parks—perfect.
The owners were great about making sure we got there and settled in late at night. And were able to leave on an early ferry, too.
For being right downtown, pretty quiet. Quiet building, too. Easy in/out.
Perfect for what we needed, including cooking in one night.

My husband and I recently spent six weeks at this property. It was exactly as advertised in the listing and was equipped with anything you could possibly want in a furnished rental.
The underground parking was very secure which was great because you didn’t need to take your car out often at this location.
The hosts were fabulous to deal with and even provided a starter supply of fresh fruit, bread and milk. We would absolutely stay at this property again and would highly recommend Melissa and Rod as outstanding hosts.

Great communication from Melissa and welcoming check-in. She walked us through the condo parking and entrance procedures.
Food supplies in the unit meant we didn’t have to rush to a grocery store. She promptly replied to our questions and made us feel welcome. I’ve already recommended her property to my friends.

- amazing experience at this place. Looks just like the pictures and Melissa and Rod are awesome. The place comes completely equipped with every essential you need. We drove to Tofino one day and even found plastics containers in the cupboards to pack lunches for the trip! Will be booking here again when I come back to visit Victoria!

The location is very close to the harbour front, downtown, cook street village and Beacon Hill park, etc..
Having a parking spot was a huge bonus.
The apartment was very clean and well supplied. The building itself was quiet. There is some street noise, but nothing excessive.
We arrived early and we're pleasantly accommodated.

Excellent location, a few minute walk away from the shopping/dining core. Property manager has left a binder with instructions, points of interest, etc. The unit does get warm during hot days, but cools off at night for sleeping. Can get slightly noisy due to nearby construction but just a minor inconvenience and closing the windows usually covers the sound.

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights. We met Rod at the building infront and he haves us a run down if the property and showed us the included parking. The unit was clean and exactly as it was advertised on VRBO. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything. Bike rentals just around the corner, Beacon Hill Park a block away, coffee steps from the building. Perfect! The unit is on the second floor and no a/c and there can be some early morning street noise with the windows open but nothing that put us off. Laundry in the unit is a huge plus. Appliances are new and clean. 2 tvs 1 in bedroom and in living room with cable and more than enough channels. Desk in the bedroom was handy while we both had some work to do while on vacation. Overall a great place and would highly recommend. Will definitely return. Thanks for having us!

Relaxing week in our favourite city
Rod met us there and gave us a run through of everything we needed to know. This condo is perfect, everything you need. We used the balcony every morning for our coffee before starting our day. You are a 2 minute walk from the Empress, great shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
