The lobby smell so nice. everyday they serve different breakfast. i did not eat the same thing within 3 days that i stay there. the check in and check out process is smooth. the bathroom and the room is clean.

i dont like the pillow somehow it is not comfortable for me. there are renovation happening so it is a bit noisy.

I will recommend this hotel, it’s near to the airport and beautiful

Clean, the modern vibe and design

The layout of the breakfast tables. As a single traveler you have to squeeze in and disturb the others. Privacy is lost. But I understand it’s a matter of space. On the other hand communication among the guests could be improved as well with this layout.

Nice hotel, comfortable large room, bed and shower. Good breakfast too and its in the city centre.

Poor phone internet connection but free access to fair hotel wifi connectivity.

Great place for a short trip in KK

Excellent location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Checkin and checkout were smooth and quick. Breakfast was adeuqate and choices were varied and changed daily too.

Housekeeping & reception service are both excellent!

Breakfast materials could be more useful to reduce food waste. I understand different people might have different eating habits, my intention is just trying not to waste food but not to offend anyone. Here comes my suggestion: 1) using different food mix and match to make colorful dishes, which can be more appetizing. 2) using vegetable match with meat to make better use of food materials.

Friendly and helpful staff. We could store our luggage at the hotel storage room for a couple of days and picked it up after returned back to KK.

During my booking, I made payment online directly with hotel as indicated, but in the chat communication I was told that they were going to charge me via my Credit Card. When I asked many times to reconfirm, then only i was told it was their mistake that I need to ignore. I booked 2 rooms for my husband & I, as well as for the kids...but for the kids' room, hotel could not follow as per my request i.e. to have 2 single beds plus 1 sofa bed...or to have interconnecting rooms.
