Should you wish for the BBQ to be cleaned from previous use, a $40 cleaning fee will be applied. Alternatively, you are welcome to clean the BBQ yourself at no additional charge. Please note that propane tank may need a refill. You can bring the empty tank to exchange for a full one ay the nearby Fred Meyer gas station, located just half a mile away at 15995 SW Walker Rd, Beaverton, OR 97006. PARKING Please park your vehicles either on the driveway or in front of the house. If you have extra vehicles, we kindly ask that you park them at NW Meadow Drive. However, please avoid parking in front of my neighbor houses or driveway to maintain good relations with them. Please note that the last row of fruit trees marks the boundary of my backyard property. The gravel road at the backyard belongs to the neighbor across the gravel road and is considered their private property.
