الغرف مكتومه والتكييف ملوث برائحة الدخان بشكل كبيرحداً مع اني تسلقت وفتحت الالنافذه … ومع ذلك لازالة الرئحة في المفارش والجلسة وتنتقل لملابسك الخاصة. طبعاً هذه الملاحظة لغير المدخنين … اما المدخن فبيكون عنده الامر طبيعي جداً.
ارجو تنظيف الغرف وتعقيمها وتخصيص غرف للمدخنين وغير المدخنين.
وكذلك عمل ترميم للجدران المتأثرة بالرطوبة والاملاح.
الفرش الداخلي الخاص بالغرف يحتاج غسيل والسبب تشبعه بالدخان وتأثره من التعطير ( صارت عليه طبقة زيتيه تحسها غراء ).
ارجو تقبل النقد البناء.

Sealing are not painted properly, and bathroom need to be maintained as we experienced electric shock while taking bath

Breakfast is poor, it took me less than a minute to decide not to eat the breakfast.
No decent parking
No facilities
Room paint is off and not maintained.
Checked in without any towels placed already
Toilet was not clean

I’ve arrived at the property at around 11am and they let me checked in earlier. They also let me checked out later which is so so nice of them. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. This is my 4th time staying on the hotel.
Not that I dislike but maybe for improvement: Just the choices of breakfast I think they should put on more choices for the breakfast.

I was first in a room where AC was not working, I thought because it was quite old, but was really too hot for the second day, I asked them to check the AC, they agreed it was broken and gave me a new room where AC was properly working

Very nice hotel in Jeddah. Breakfast room at 6th floor, beautifull view and very good taste of foods. Room very nice.
