The home was perfect for the four families traveling together for our daughters’ volleyball tournament. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was just what we needed. I always love to rent homes that can accommodate larger groups, especially those with lots of bedrooms with multiple beds in each. Makes trips like these so much easier and allows for multiple families to get to hang out together.

My family and I gathered to have a funeral Mass and lay my mom to rest next to my dad. They had lived in North Myrtle for 22 years. My mom living with me for the last 13. Our families spent every summer vacationing In NMB. This beautiful home allowed us to gather all comfortably. Enjoy the beach and visit all the places we used go. Plenty of room. Each has our own bathroom. The beach access across the street. The elevator, the pool. The host was accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Fantastic VRBO experience

The property was as described. Host was very responsive to requests prior to our arrival. Our family enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool. Grill was a bit small for our needs but we made it work. Being able to walk to the beach was a big plus!

There were 19 of us and we all really enjoyed the house. It was perfect for a large group and had plenty of room to spread out. There was also plenty of parking which is rare at a beach house. The walk to the beach was short. We would 100% rent here again!

We had our large family stay together for our wedding. It was super spacious and the pool was a hit. The cabinets were stocked with all the dishes and appliance we could need. There was also lots of beach gear and toys for us to use in the beach closet! The elevator really helped my handicapped father navigate through the home. Being right across the street from the beach was awesome!

Overall we were very happy with the property. It had a lot of space for a big group. The location was excellent. We had some issues with the dishwasher not working and the sinks not draining. The place was also not super clean. The floors needed to be mopped and there was garbage under the beds.

The house was very clean and perfect for our family of 16. Gram and Pap and our 3 adult children and their families. The kitchen area was great. Plenty of room for all to prepare meals and plenty of seating for meals. We had a few questions, we e-mailed and questions were answered almost immediately. Walk to beach took like 2-3 minutes. Would highly recommend.

This is our 2nd year to rent Sun Chaser. From a well stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a beautiful pool, it met our family’s needs perfectly. Great location close to the beach plus ample parking AND a basketball net! Thank You for a great vacation week with family!!!

Great Location, Beds for many!

We stayed here in October 2021 with 8 golfers, age 55-74. The bedrooms and baths were great for a large group and limited the sharing of bedrooms that could have accommodated more. We did not use the pool and beach - too cold and we were golfing all day. There's lots of seating in kitchen and its well stocked with placeware. The only critical comment is about the TV area - the couches were uncomfortable (sleep sofas) and there was a lack of tables to set a drink or snack on. We watched a couple ball games and it wasn't well suited for that purpose. Everything else was great - street noise minimal, lots of parking, lots of towels and linen, etc. Very convenient to North Myrtle golf courses - Barefoot, Glen Dornoch, Eagle Nest, etc.

The kitchen was bigger than the pictures showed, and well stocked. No problems with 2 or 3 cooks at a time. Our children and grandchildren went to the beach several days. Easily within walking distance. The elevator was a Godsend to both my husband and myself. The bedrooms were large and spaced apart. There was a total of 15 people in the house. My husband and myself; three daughters; two sons-in-law; six grandchildren, ages 18 to 24 and two additional significant others. There was parking enough for our six cars all under cover and still room for more. Overall this house was well worth the money it cost for one week. Everyone had a great time!

The house was amazing! The house was perfectly located to the beach and all the restaurants and things we wanted to do. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very nice and answered all our questions in a timely manor. We had a blast!

A very well maintained and equipped property; was a perfect fit for our family. Loved the kitchen and the basketball net! We had read a previous review that suggested renting golf carts. We rented 2, and rarely used them; beach access is just up the street. House has great access to many of the places we frequent when we are there in the winter. Very simple process to rent, and owner was available to assist with any needs.

I've been renting beach houses and this was the 6th one, by far the most commodious, beautifully appointed, cleanest,best kept up and furnished. The property manager (Denita) was readily available, explained everything, quickly replaced a malfunctioning charging station that we didn't even know was not working. Our group came from several different states (from TX to PA, even AK was represented, as well as, SC, VA, NC) and all raved about the accommodations, the convenience of the location to attractions, proximity to the beach, the pool and the space to enjoy family time. The space was appreciated when we had a "rain day" courtesy of Tropical Storm Elsa--another adventure for the Texans! There were 22 of us spread over the two weeks to facilitate bed space since some were not comfortable sharing a room. All contacts with owner and management were handled efficiently, with great consideration for meeting our needs. I'd recommend this to any family group.

We had a wonderful week! This house has so much room and was perfect for our whole family to stay. The pool is a little small but was perfect for our little ones who couldn’t get enough of it! The owner is very responsive, accommodating, and super nice to deal with!

The host was very accommodating and pleasant. They allowed my family to get the home for a week- Wednesday to Wednesday which was much more enjoyable than the check in check out dates that are normally offered by short stay home renters. If available this same time next year, we’d rent again.

The house was perfect for our large family group. Plenty of space for everyone. And once the elevator was fixed, that really helped with my elderly mother. Nice hardwoods everywhere and a fantastic kitchen with everything we needed in it. The open layout was great. The pool left a little to be desired. Could be cleaner with some weed eating/power washing. Great outdoor shower and tons of parking. Biggest complaint would be the mattresses-at least the queen beds.And the crinkling mattress pads. Will have to take an egg crate or something if we get to go again. The location is perfect but needs to be clear that the closest beach access parking is golf cart only. We were able to get a golf cart after calls to several places, but had we known earlier we'd have had one rented already.
