It is difficult to find a home as elegant and perfectly located as this two-bedroom, two-bath condo sitting on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With the master bedroom and the living area both accessing your private balcony, you'll be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the gorgeous Gulf anytime you want. The full kitchen includes all cookware and bakeware you'll need, a Keurig coffee maker, lovely granite countertops, and a flat top stove. Though the inside is a paradise you will never want to leave, just outside is a shared pool area and beach access for a blissful day in the sun. Plus, there is a sauna available for guests as well! What’s nearby: Pier Park features eclectic shops, restaurants, and family entertainment including Dave & Buster's and an IMAX Theater nearby! More family fun can be found at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, only two miles away. For your dining pleasure, local favorites include the Sunrise Cafe & Bakery located across the street, The Wicked Wheel Bar & Grill and Pineapple Willy's are just a half-mile away, and Bayou On The Beach Cafe is just 0.6 miles from the property. Holiday Golf Club is also just a short drive away, so book a tee time and play a round of 18! Great Location. Right on the beach. The views from the master bedroom and living room are spectacular. It was my husband and grandsons first time at the beach. They had a blast. Communication was a bit delayed with the property managers. The only suggestions I have are as follows: Please stock more toilet paper and paper towels for a large family. We could have used more towels too. The floors needed to be swept better there was small pieces of glass in the room with 2 beds and small pieces of trash under the tv console. Supplying your guest with a beach chair would also be appreciated. We could have used dishwashing soap or soap for the dishwasher too.

I loved the condo great furniture and updated “enough”. I do think the housekeeping could have been better, the floors weren’t swept anywhere but main walking there was leftover chips and dirt under the tables. The pillowcases were stained”hopefully “ and there was hair in the main bathroom shower caked in urine and urine under the toilet.

The condo was very nice and clean. It doesn’t tell you that it is located directly in the middle of two public beach access walkways. So that made getting a place on the beach hard to find. There is no broom to sweep up the sand, which is a necessity when you have kids.

It was a very nice place and location was great. Just need to add more information for guest parking. And the street signs for the condo building and garage is needed.

Not able to securley lock yourself in the condo, the secondary door lock did not function. If someone could have figured out the combo lock they could have entered while we were sleeping (we did not feel safe about that)
2nd bath shower was not able to get cold/cool water. You had to take a warm/hotter than preferred shower
MBR shower pressure was hardly nothing at all and on one day we ran out of hot water with only 1 person taking a shower. You need to inspect the hot water heater
We really loved the condo and enjoyed the stay other than what was mentioned.

The condo is beautifully furnished and lots of room. We loved the patio furniture. We had breakfast out on the balcony several mornings. The pools are very nice. We will definitely be coming back.

We have stayed some where in Oceanvilla every year for at least 15 years now. It is our favorite location. This unit over exceeded our expectations. Very nicely renovated, super clean! Vacasa also gave the extra touch by making sure we were always satisfied. The only downside is that we wish we could have stayed longer but back to work we all must go! Until next time PCB! Condo was clean. Check in was easy. Plenty of Elevators and they were fast. Big plus! We cooked and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans etc. that we needed. An extra trash bag would have been nice. Location is in the Heart of PCB on the strip. A little busy for me - especially during July. That is why I gave the location a 4 however my family was fine with it so that is personal preference.

Nicely furnished condo, large terrace overlooking the gulf. Beautiful view conveniently located on Front Beach. We will be back. Highly recommend!

This place exceeded all of my expectations. The price was amazing for what we got. The room was exceptionally clean and stylishly decorated. So many friends and family who saw pictures during our stay asked for a link to the unit. The view was amazing (aside from the first night when there was construction on the beach right outside our back doors, but they moved down the beach the next night). The location of the building was great because it was basically right in the middle of everything. There was parking in the main building parking garages and extra parking across the street with a covered bridge to walk through to get over there. We didn't need to use that parking area, but I am sure that would be a different scenario during peak tourist season.
I saw reviews that said there was not enough toilet paper provided, however we had 3 rolls and that was plenty for a week stay (for two people). There was dishwashing fluid and tablets for the dishwasher, paper towels, and laundry detergent so we did not have to purchase those. Shampoo/conditioner and soap were included as well. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, appliances, and dishes despite us not needing to use any of them really. I think there was even a panini press.
I honestly think the only thing I wish there would have been was a broom and dustpan set. There was a vacuum but I didn't want to get it out for smaller areas. There was a smaller hand-broom but I wanted an actual broom.
Other than that, our stay was amazing and I already want to go back.

This room is absolutely amazing ! Great room , very clean , amazing view, two pools and great for walking distance if you don’t want to drive! Would definitely book again !
