The full, well-equipped kitchen boasts upgraded cabinetry and appliances as well as a breakfast bar, perfect for socializing or snacking. This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is just steps from the surf and sand. Cruise along Thomas Drive to discover a number of popular restaurants and local shops. Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is less than a mile away offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. And you'll also find a number of family friendly attractions like the Shipwreck Island Waterpark as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park. Things to Know Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 13. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is the second time we have stayed her and the place and view are absolutely stunning but the home has been neglected. It needs some work done the be worth what we pay.

First the good- Checkin was super easy, Parking garage is nice- location is away from from the main strip and located near St Andrews and is a few minutes from Winn Dixie and Publics as well as numerous restaurants. The room allowed us to have a beach chair which saved 40$ a day. The size of the facilty was nice. The wrap around balcony was outstanding, and offered a view of the ocean and the city.
The Bad: For the price of the unit, it would seem as though the owner would take a bit more pride in how the facilities are taken care of. As the title statethere were numerous areas that looked like someone bought some walmart tool and claimed to be an expert and got hired. That might actually be a knock on some beginner DIYers. The lack of care about doing a job blows my mind, however, an outlet on the wall had a gap on the side, paint was still on the frame of the door, a sprinkler was put in and the large hole it fit in was left open, closet wall had random paint left on it, thr baseboards looked awful, the curtains over the door were moved and the previous spots were left unpainted, fridge handle was swapped over and the holes were noticeable on the fridge, the pull out matress or cushions had a smell of urine on the, food pieces were left under the edge of the carpet, the handle on the kitchen sink was awful, thedishwasher was outdated, and this part was not the rooms fault but the buildings, but I dont like my 1 yr old having to smell skunk (herbs) on the balcony.

Let me start with the 1 positive... view! Love the corner unit and windows. Other than that these owners need a major overhaul of this unit. There is a maintenance issue with almost everything in the unit. It was very dirty when we arrived. Floors were disgusting. Countertops sticky and dirty. Dishes were put away sticky and dirty with food still on them! Stale smell upon entry. Balcony floor gross..needs cleaning. I have stayed at numerous units at Seychelles and have used Resort Quest for many years with always a positive stay. Vacasa needs to step it up! This is by far the worse unit I have ever stayed in.

We rarely get to go to vacation as a family and we finally got to. We LOVE the Seychelle resort, however, this room was disappointing. It did not feel like a get-away. First thing is the smell, I don't know if someone had left fish out and they tried to clean it up - we had to air it out. Then it looks like they were in the middle of repainting and redoing the room and just left it unfinished(big unpainted spots). Some of the décor had tags on it - pillows too????! So it didn't feel relaxing at all. One of the stools had a hole in it, the mattresses are old and uncomfortable (I thought I would finally get sleep but just didn't happen :(. )

Some good things is that it does accommodate 5 adults . There is a good sized table to eat at as a family. The view is great - the balcony wraps around.
I did call the office for help but they first reached out as they were closing - they were kind of helping but not really more like dancing around the issue. They wanted me to take photos of what was bothering me - how do I take a photo of an uncomfortable squeaky mattress?? or the fish smell?? They were just beating around the bush. I didn't want to make a big stink because I just wanted to relax.
We paid good money to relax- not get more back and neck pain.
That really sucks because we usually have a great time at Seychelles over the years. They really dropped the ball this time, sadly.

For the price, I expected more from the condition of the property and the "resort". We had several issues and the management company addressed them during our stay. But in the end, as much as I loved the view, we all agreed, we wouldn't stay again. We (6) arrived to what appeared to be incomplete renovations. Although minor, they were still visible. There were stains, unwashed bedding, broken bunkbed ladder with a sharp metal edge, broken patio furniture, and a buildup on the sliding glass doors that looked like mold. It actually looked as if no one had stayed in the unit for some time. I contemplated sharing feedback because management resolve the issues they could, loved the space, and I LOVED THE VIEW; but somethings you can't overlook for the price I paid. Suggestions: Complete the renovations before allowing new rentals, get a new cleaning crew, include clearing of corrosion on the sliding doors a monthly maintenance task or just replace them.

Lots of room, views were perfect. Loved the outside table and chairs. Furnishing inside was nice also. Kitchen utensil for cooking were lacking and no frying pans.

Ok location itself was wonderful but the floor was sticky, utensils and dishes were dusty, table chairs were cracked. I dont normally leave reviews and i was ok but my guests were very diappointed. Dont get me wrong vacasa staffs were wonderful and even asked me what they can do and i said nothing because it was too late to clean stuff inside since we were occupied already. Everything was ok but cleanliness. Oh almost forgot hugh cockroaches everywhere.

This was a really nice place for a good price! The interior was very nice and put together. It exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing too! We would return again.

The condo is away from the dense part of PC Beach but a great beach location with restaurants and activities that are near by. The unit is well furnished, quiet, and clean with fantastic beach and gulf views. You will not be disappointed here.

When we were looking for a place we read the reviews, they are pretty accurate. The unit has a great view from ocean side all around to the bay side. May be the best views of any place we have stayed. That being said.... the outlets on the bar island still not working, the couch is still really bad and the master bed mattress is still really saggy. Also there is no dead bolt lock so anyone who has the code can and will come in as we found out. A maintenance worker said he rung the doorbell ( which doesn't work) and came on in. We wedged a chair under the doorknob to prevent this..
The place has so much potential, but this explains why it's cheaper than other units at same facility..

The location was great. You can't beat the view. There were some souvenir shops within walking distance as well as a delicious restaurant, Schooners, right next door. The unit itself, however, has a lot of little things wrong with it. Still a good deal for the price. PS don't expect to get in one second before the "check in" time, which is 4pm. We learned that the hard way. Wish they would fix that along with all the little maintenance issues.

The unit itself, however, has a lot of little things wrong with it. Still a good deal for the price. PS don't expect to get in one second before the "check in" time, which is 4pm. We still love the location but this particular unit just was not up to par. It was not as clean as it should’ve been there was mold in the second bathroom where the tub and shower did not meet appropriately. The microwave in the kitchen only worked on certain numbers and only a few of them even actually actually worked at all. Not one single electrical outlet on the kitchen island worked There were bulbs missing from the dining room chandelier and the two tiny lamps in the living room did little to light that room up for us so that you could only sit and read a book during the day when you had good light coming in. The dishwasher has seen better days and the bottom tray did not slide in and out very nicely at all in fact it was very awkward. I don’t know how often you replace the living room sofas but they really do need it, we sank practically to the floor when we sat down in them. The refrigerator door handle was practically falling off and wobbly. And I don’t know why but every time we went out on the balcony in our Bare feet we came in with the bottoms of our feet totally black. There were more things that we noticed but You get the idea - while the location and the corner condo is so ideal all of these little things put together kind of put a wet blanket over the experience. I don’t know if the condo is owner maintained or if it is a company that does the maintenance but somebody is falling short on this unit. This is not at all how we remember our first experience at Seychelles and it was a bit of a disappointing letdown. For the money we really expected better quality control of these and more maintenance issues.

We still love the location but this particular unit just was not up to par. The view from this corner unit is beautiful. We had a pleasant stay while celebrating our daughter's birthday. The beach chair service is nice but the property seems old and could use some updating and the cleaning crew needs to be much more thorough.

Very nice rental with all amenities. Very spacious. Beach, building and unit was nice and clean. Only dislike was the mattresses. Both rooms felt like you were sleeping on the springs. When on vacation you should be able to rest with a good night sleep. That was not the case. I recommend they change the mattresses ASAP.

The rental itself was great on the corner and the rooms and beds were very comfortable, the washer and dryer needs to be replaced for sure. The beach was perfect and location was great!

Overall, great spot! Beautiful views with wrap around easy access balcony. Spacious inside living area, but master bedroom was a little cramped and the furniture was not bad; beds were comfortable. Probably about time for some annual maintenance (paint and thorough touch up). All the appliances were good and up to date, easy to use. Washer and dryer seemed adequate. Great area with some easy access food and hang out locations. Pretty quiet and family friendly. A little concerned with the shoreline erosion and hopefully the city/county/state can work on that soon. Beach service was very accommodating and pool deck was well maintained. Security service was very polite. Parking is an issue, small onsite 3 level garage and the HOA only allows one pass on holiday weekends, which for the larger suites that hold 9 is not accommodating at all and the recommended alternate site is way over priced and a few blocks away. Definitely will stay there again and hopefully they can sure up some of the minor issues.
