Light and bright modern beach studio
About this condo rental
My home is located 7 blocks from popular Mizner Park, 1.9 miles from the beach and 1 mile from FAU. It's been divided into 2 Airbnbs that include this studio and 'Bright & Light Modern Beachy Home'. Each have their own parking space and the studio has a private patio so you can enjoy both the interior and exterior. The other unit has access to the rest of the yard. The studio was originally decorated for me when I was traveling there for work on a monthly basis so no money was spared on comfort. There's a very comfortable memory foam mattress, pillows, and nice furnishings. Despite it's size the studio is highly functional with space to cook and enjoy a simple meal.

This property was cute and convenient. We brought our bikes and we rode a few blocks to the downtown area, shopping and Mizner Park, which was all decorated for Christmas. We also rode to the beach which was only 1.9 miles down the rode!

This studio is perfect for a solo trip or a travelling couple. The room is comfortable and has all the necessary amenities, and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and conveniently close to many destinations.

The description and location of the property unfortunately did not live up to my expectations. For what I paid the facility was not worth the price I should have stayed in a hotel for a better shower and services.

great place in beatiful safe area.
my wife and I stayed here for 12 days and it was great. A police station is near by, along with a couple main plazas with plenty of resturants and shopping. Close to the beach too, place was as advertised and hosts were accomidating.

Perfect Location for what we needed this Christmas!
This little studio worked out perfectly for us in that my Mom lived a few blocks away so it gave us a place to retreat to at night, keeping the family from getting on each others nerves ;) The host was very hospitable and communicative. My only critique is for there to be white towels in the bathroom which can be cleaned with bleach vs the red ones there which did not give me complete comfort that they were clean. But on a final positive, it was great that there were separate beach towels to use since we forgot those. Thank you for a very memorable vacation!

Great little spot off the beaten path in Boca Raton. Close to everything including the beach shopping restaurants. It's very quiet and comfortable.

I loved staying here for the last 10 days or so. It was definitely on the smaller side as previous reviews suggested but it was okay for just one person! The location can’t be beat. I had a couple small issues (nothing with the place itself) and communication was excellent! I really felt taken care of. Would definitely stay there again!!

Boca beauty
I didn’t get to spend much time but the studio was as clean as possible. Disappointed that mosquitoes were rampant but aleta took care of all. Very happy.

We stayed for a weekend for a wedding and knew were weren’t going to be at the house often so this was perfect. It was easy to get to every where we needed and the downtown area is close. Check in was very easy and our hosts were accessible.

Cute Studio
