About this house rental
A luxurious gated 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom two-story property is a perfect get away vacation for families or friends. With plenty of parking space, going in large groups is really convenient. Inside the house is a total of 8 TVs to entertain and for everyone to enjoy. With a breathtaking backyard that includes many fun things would be a perfect place to relaxed. For instance, the backyard includes a newly remodeled pool that has a newly built 20 feet or more water slide for everyone to have fun in. Not just that but the pool has a rocky cave like spa with multiple waterfalls throughout the pool. For kids safety there is a shallow area for them to play in. Safety jackets are placed near the pool so there is no worry about the kids playing near the depther of the pool. A patio set is place there for everyone to enjoy and have fun while on vacation. The location of the house is perfect for adventure or work at Disneyland, Convention Center, and Knot's Berry Farm. They'll all just minutes away. Having a vacation here would be fantastic with all the fun things in and out of the property. City Mandated: Pool, spa, and outdoor activities- 9am-9pm. Water slide: 9am-6:30pm No pets are allowed. If the rule is violated, a $250 fine will be charged each night. Parties are NOT allowed.

My family of 11 from ages 2-68 stayed at this house for 5 days and we had the best time! The house is great and the amazing pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. The owner is super quick to respond and answer any questions I had, even before our stay started. 5 out of 5!!!!

The space was perfect for accommodating all 17 of us, ages 15 months to 69 years, having a pack n play, high chair and stroller on site were extremely helpful. The house was also stocked with lots of towels, paper towels, k-cups and disposable coffee cups. Richard was very responsive when we would ask for the pool and spa to be heated or the slide turned on. Although not super comfortable, there were lots of beds and only other thing I would add is that extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. The pillows were pretty flat so would have been nice to double up and one of our guests had a relentless cough and had to lay on the couch parts of the night as to not wake the others so we had to buy a blanket for her and the older guests as they got cold easier as well. The large dining table was great and the kids enjoyed the game room. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Our family of 13 (ages 5 to 75) really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us and the kids loved the pool and slide as a break between trips to Disneyland. The house comes with lots of towels and was very clean when we arrived. Check in process was smooth and Richard was extremely responsive by text or phone whenever we had a question. The house is about 10 minutes from Disneyland - we easily travelled by Uber each day at a very reasonable cost. The only negatives were that we needed to reach out to Richard to turn on the hot tub - he always responded right away but it takes some time to heat up. I suggest you think ahead and ask an hour before you want to use it to give it time to heat up. We also had a bit of trouble regulating heat in the house - some rooms were hot and others were cold but, in fairness, we never asked Richard about this. Overall, it was an amazing trip and the house was the perfect place for us to recharge between visits to the parks!

Spacious house close to Disneyland and shopping. The swimming pool/spa/water slide are terrific and guaranteed to keep adults and kids occupied for hours. Extra large dining room and table a plus for meals. Fully equipped kitchen and a very nice game room with air hockey, ski ball and basketball. I would definitely recommend this house for large families with children.

We had an amazing time at this house. It has everything we needed for our family get together and sons 3rd Birthday. Beautiful home and backyard with fun pool! Perfect location from Disneyland! Clean, private, safe! Richard was the ultimate host! Excellent communication! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying here for our winter getaway. Close to Disney and very accommodating. The property manager was very helpful and quickly responded to any needs. Kids absolutely loved the pool. Would stay here again!

Family Reunion
Our two families of 16 people and a 15 month old baby had a wonderful time. Enough bedrooms for the couples and the upstairs was for the family with children. The guesthouse and back bedroom was used by the ‘older’ folks. The pool and spa was used by everyone. The mornings were fun sitting outside enjoying the quiet. Only issue we had was the back bedroom is warm. We used a fan found in the playroom and it seemed to help. Thanks agai for the fun.
