Outdoors: Take a dip in the pool in the front courtyard! Soak in some sun on one of the 6 lounger chairs or enjoy a cocktail by one of the twin fire pits. Throw some burgers and hot dogs on the gas barbecue. Need to get away from the kid? Kick back in the back patio on the swing chair with a motorized retractable awning, which provides an additional 200 square feet of shade to the west-facing front patio, or enjoy some alfresco dining at the outdoor dining table for eight. We had a lovely time at the house. Loved the pool table and pool. Location wasn't really walkable to the DT La Quinta, but everything else was great.

It was a wonderful 3 night stay. We played all the games and swam in the pool. I got up early and read by the pool. Very peaceful and inviting.

Perfect floor plan for family vacation. Bonus that it is pet friendly, yay! The bedrooms are private and each has its own full bathroom. The kitchen was outfitted with everything (nespresso, keurig, water kettle, blender, William Sonoma pots & pans, plenty of serving platters & bowls. All imaginable utinsils for indoor cooking, baking & bbq utinsils, too. Plenty of silverware, steaknives, cups, glasses and plates. Loads of plastic cups for pool area. The large bar area with fridge and beautiful cocktail glassware. 3 sets of placemats to suit the vibe. The refrigerator is spacious & freezer is great size. Extra fridge in garage with the ping pong table. Full sized washer & dryer, plenty of seating in large living room & play room (pool table & shuffle board). The pool is amazing. A couple reviews said “pool in front yard”, so we were a bit concerned. No need- totally private and where we spent most of our time, in the pool, lounging by the pool & playing games under the awning. Property is close to restaurants, groceries & golfing. Also, BevMo and Uber eats delivered what we forgot…took less than 20minutes from time of order to delivery. Best of all - Vancanza (the management company) responded IMMEDIATELY to questions and resolved our check in code within minutes. YES, our family will return and highly recommend this property.

There was plenty of room to do whatever you felt like doing. Everyone was able to use all the games and toys which was great for every age group. The bedrooms and each bath areas were clean. I would stay there again.

Serendipity was a great spot to spread out and relax for our family. Plenty of activities for us to enjoy and almost every board game imaginable which was a nice surprise. The kitchen is nicely appointed and the open floor plan had a great flow. Any questions were answered immediately by the property management staff and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was functioning properly at the house.

The home was very nice, but unfortunately the spa appeared to have been not maintained and did not function properly (was filled low, temperature was set correctly but would not heat). We contacted the manager right away and they communicated well and sent the pool vendor out right away. The pool vendor looked very briefly and didn't see an issue, and said it should heat up in the morning. It did not, and we were unable to use the spa during our stay. The spa was a large reason we chose this home for this time. We were disappointed that after notifying the management company of the issue and communicating with them clearly throughout the trip that they made no accommodations.

A wind storm came the day we arrived and dust/leaves/dirt everywhere. The pool was cleaned on day3. The backyard was too dusty dirty to use😢. The only other problem is TVs don’t have enough good explanation on how to use. There needs to be a manual written in detail for each TV. The manager at staycation was very helpful and sent out technicians that were also very helpful! Overall had a wonderful time!

We stayed here to celebrate two birthdays in the family. House was comfortable and had lots of games and books for all ages to enjoy. Unfortunately a wind storm blew threw and the pool was filled with leaves/bark from all over the neighborhood. I called the mgmt company and they sent out a pool cleaner the next day. Unfortunately that cost us a day not being able to enjoy the pool. Overall it was a great house.

We stayed here over spring break and the house worked perfectly! We swam all day, played ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, games, watched movies. The house was so well stocked and lovely with so much room. We could have invited another family :) We contacted the manager about the hot tub and fountain and they were super responsive. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

The pool and hot tub were both dirty upon arrival. The hot tub was off. The area around the pool had trash that we had to pick up. Inside the house there were crumbs on the counters and chairs and floors.
Trash cans on the side of the house were over flowing.
Paid very good money for the house and just expected it to be clean upon arrival.
The offered to have the cleaner come back. I appreciated the offer, but it should have been cleaned before we arrived.
We pay for a cleaning fee. The house and pool should be clean for the guests when they arrive.
We enjoyed our stay, it is a nice home.

Pretty well located in neighborhood in old La Quinta
The property was pretty much as it appeared online, with a few minor nuisance-creating details such as lights being burned out. The property is well-appointed for 1-2 families that want to travel together and have kids -- the pool area, pool table, ping-pong table were all nice. The location, right next to a hiking trail and about 3/4 mile from Old La Quinta was very convenient. Our negative issue with the overall VRBO experience has to do with the hidden fees and the unexplained deposit fees on our credit card.

The house was gorgeous, spacious, and clean as pictured, but we did have some issues that made our stay inconvenient:1) No hot/warm water: None of the bathrooms had warm/hot water, so we had to shower in cold water.2) TV audio issues: One living room TV had no audio at all, and the other TV audio was too loud and couldn't adjust the volume. The property manager offered to send a technician, but we did not feel comfortable having a technician come due to health concerns during COVID. 3) Pool: The pool was much smaller than expected and was also covered in dead leaves when we arrived. Overall a decent stay, but did not live up to our expectation for a property of this rental price.

Getaway with friends and kids. Had a great time. Amenities were great! Kitchen and indoor space was amazing. Cooked all our meals. Yard could be bigger. Would have liked to stay longer!

Desert Oasis
We loved every minute at the property. The chef's kitchen and upscale cookware was put to good use. Everything we could want was in the home. The billiards, ping pong, x box, board games, shuffleboard, and most of all the pool, entertained the kids for hours! The pool wasn't that deep which gave peace of mind for our younger ones (8 yr. old) to play, but still be able to stand up. Every TV had on demand streaming content and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The furniture really complemented the home and you could tell thought was put into all the details. We really got to relax and get a break, if only for a while, from all the cabin fever of the past three months. We did call the management company about a couple small issues and they had someone out to assist promptly with a smile. We look forward to coming back.

This was the perfect spot for my friends and I to relax , lots of places to lounge and get comfortable. While playing games and socializing.
The pool was beautiful and served as a great escape from the heat.
