Enjoy this 2 bedroom/2 bath bay-front condo on Boca Ciega Bay. Five steps from the bay with the pool right outside your back door. You have a million dollar view of the bay and vibrant St. Petersburg. Located within the desirable community of Isla Del Sol Golf & Yacht Club. This island community is located on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ceiga Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach, Fl. Five minutes from St. Pete beach, 5 minutes from I-275, thirty minutes from Tampa International Airport and 90 minutes from Orlando. Condo is fully furnished for all your needs. Renovated in January, 2020. Very quiet community so you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, dolphins and numerous boats and yachts going by. You will have 1 assigned parking spot only steps from the door. Just 10 minutes away, the historical city of St. Petersburg has many activities including museums, a trolley ride, shops, dining, an aquarium, and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Tampa offers lots of shopping, dining, Busch Gardens, etc. Walt Disney World and Orlando’s numerous attractions are only a 90 minute drive. Golfing, parasailing, jet skiing, biking, tennis and just plain relaxing is all in abundance in this area!

Over all it was an excellent property, with beautiful views and a pool really close. Had a wonderful stay.

Property very well located and close to all activities. Perfect for cyclists and very safe for our bikes. Sunsets are beautiful. The view of the Bay is magnificent! We really enjoyed our stay.

Location was convenient to restaurants, entertainment, beach, even though in a quiet location. Owner was wonderful to work with and prompt to respond to any inquiry. Overall an excellent stay.

100% this was all that I asked for and more. The pictures don’t do it justice. From Check in to Check out, I was so pleased. Absolutely breathtaking every day. Dolphins every morning and that was really all I wanted. Location was perfect and everyone was super friendly around us. I would recommend this place over and over. So convenient for us as I have family in St Pete.

We have visited this area for several years and this is a must stay condo. Condo was clean and owner was spot on with listing. We would stay here again!!!

The condo was very well kept and had everything you needed. Great location and awesome scenery from the back patio. We stayed Dec. 21st thru the 29th. The thing that wasn’t good was the pool heater was broken the whole time we stayed but good thing the hot tub worked. The people staying there said the heater is old and breaks a lot and will cost a lot of money to fix. They will fix it but don’t know when! The temps were in the mid 70’s and low 80’s and we would have used the pool. We were told that we could use the pool next door which was only a 2 minute walk. I would stay again!!!!

We just spent a week in this amazing condo. We were in town visiting friends that live nearby. The water views and proximity to the pool were perfect. Diane was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our first night we walked down to the Thai restaurant and had a very nice meal. We hope to stay here on our next visit.

Marvelous stay!
We just spent a week in this amazing condo. We were in town visiting friends that live nearby. The water views and proximity to the pool were perfect. Diane was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our first night we walked down to the Thai restaurant and had a very nice meal. We hope to stay here on our next visit.

This condo rental has exceeded all expectations The condo is an end unit with windows on two sided and located literally 5 feet from the sea wall. Loved dolphin watching, morning coffee and evening cocktails from the screened lanai. The open plan and large rooms made the extended stay most pleasurable. Could not be better.

Couldn’t Be Better
This rental ranks well above the other rentals we have stayed in the area.. The view is wonderful from the screened patio with dolphins playing, many small and large boats passing by, and pelicans diving for fish.
The location is prime, with quiet surroundings yet beaches, night life, family activities and great restaurants just a short drive away.
Open the windows at night and listen to the waves splashing gently on the shore; walk to the pool just a few steps away; visit Ft. DeSoto and learn it’s history, walk to the local ice cream parlor or get a coffee and snack. So much to do nearby.
The owner is so kind, friendly and helpful. She responds quickly to any concern and takes great pride in her property, maintaining it to high standards.
We look forward to continued rental for as long as it is available.
