Im unhappy with the receptionist a Chinese guy so rude.
I told that ive book hotel via booking.com and it’s confirmed before check he told me that no room available. And i told it’s confirmed how u can do like this , he ask me to call OYO head office , he just simply said ‘i dont know’ however i call and manage to book again. My advice is even though you are a receptionist u have to solve the problem instead of saying i dont know .

The only add on point is strategy location, but it only for travel with car
Terrible! The photos showed are absolutely NOT same as the physical room. The bed sheet and pillows have yellow stains 😰 no windows, very hot (even with air conditioning) Although stated in the description have free Wi-Fi but the staff said the Wi-Fi is not working anymore 🤷♀️

not following what i book. The staff tell me there is no single room when I reach. He didn't call me and told me earlier for me to have time to make choice even stay there or change hotel.

I booked this hotel via booking.com. but manager at this hotel refused to provide a room saying that hotel dosent have any contract with OYO any more. But still it shows as OYO property in the booking.com. this is misleading and i lost my money too as paid via booking.com. the manager at this hotel is very rude and unfriendly. Never go to this hotel. I think OYO should take action agianst such hotel. Still OYO name displayed at this hotel

Actually my booking was rejected by oyo hotel
Oyo sri sutra hotel management not informed earlier they did not accept booking thru booking.com.. so i must pay twice to get a room. Then it is difficult to get a refund.

The bathroom: The toilet seat is not okay. should buy a new one and replace the old one because it made me feel uncomfortable sitting on it.
The service: hmm so-so because the front desk person was kinda not so friendly.
the towels, sheets and pillow cases are still can be seen dirty.

I already booked through booking.com, but the staff said that they have problem with booking.com system and cannot proceed with the price from booking.com. We need to paid normal price for the room which is way more expensive compared with what booking.com offered us. The wifi also not available give us a hard time to access the internet although we already have our mobile data.
