My wife and I loved it! Nana and Sara were amazing and helpful. We made a friend for live in our neighbor in the boathouse next door. Amazing spot!
The town itself is lame it’s full of British. But the marina and the boathouse is amazing and I suggest renting a car to get out of town and explore the algarve.

A única coisa menos boa foi o facto de não haver uma cama de casal, dormimos no sofá cama que não era assim tão confortável mas tendo em conta o espaço das casinhas é compreensível.

Sehr laut. Gleich nebenan gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants mit Live Musik.
Extrem unbequemes Sofabett (Hemnes von Ikea!): billige Holzbretter mit 12cm Matratze. Also liegt man quasi nur auf den Holzbrettern.
Zieht man das Bett aus, so kann die Türe des Bades nicht mehr geschlossen werden. Also schläfst du direkt neben der Toilette.
Ich wollte meine Kreditkarte nicht angeben auf deren Link, heisst das Depot in Bar bezahlen. Wusste nicht, dass es vor Ort keine Reception gibt! Musst hin und her schreiben und telefonieren. Check-in hat 45 min gedauert!!!
Man kann Frühstück auf eine bestimmte Zeit bestellen. Musste aber immer nachfragen, damit es überhaupt kommt. Beide Male kam es 30min zu spät.
Beim Check-out mussten wir wieder warten wegen der Rückgabe des Bargeldes. Ich habe extra um Pünklichkeit gegeben, da wir an den Flughafen mussten, wieder 30min zu spät....

I made a last minute booking quite late in the day during my stay in Albufiera and was not disappointed.
Thanks to the efforts of Bia and Clara, my booking was processed smoothly and professionally and I was on board my houseboat within the hour. One thing to mention is the key safe was indeed hiding my card to give me access to the actual marina which at first glance looked like part of the wall, so something to watch out for but communication was absolutely fantastic, I made contact via WhatsApp and phone call and was made aware of my mistake. Silly me.
Anyway, the houseboat itself was amazing. Tastefully decorated with great facilities, free WiFi, up to date TV with Netflix, YouTube, Spotify etc which really made it a home from home.
Also some nice touches such as coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave which I didnt use but I feel necessary to mention as you literally have everything you need, down to finer details such as full cutlery set, cooking utensils, pots pans. Even washing up liquid, dishcloth, tea towels. They really have thought of everything.
The houseboat was in situated in a lovely corner of the Albufiera marina which is close by to all the lovely bars, restaurants and shops should you want to wander.
A lovely outside space, small terrace to the front with table and chairs and a huge rooftop terrace area with sun loungers, hammock, it really was a lovely place to spend the morning sat on the marina with the sun beaming down.
The breakfast in a bag was an unexpected extra I didn't realise I got and it really was delightful.
All in all an absolutely wonderful stay and something a little bit different to my normal line of accommodation but I may have just been converted. I will almost definitely be looking into staying here again on my next visit to Portugal and I will be recommending it to friends.

Sería un plus tener un desayuno distinto cada día, pero aún así es excelente.
Parece obvio pero es importante mencionar q el espacio es reducido. El sillón que se hace cama matrimonial es bastante incómodo, nosotros tuvimos q separarnos y uno dormir en la cama individual y otro en el sillón pero aún así este lugar me parece un 10!

Gostei de tudo. Foi fácil chegar e seguir as instruções para check-in. Tudo estava organizado e funcional no barco. O pequeno almoço foi deixado à porta, o que achei óptimo. (Partilhei parte da comida com os patos que por ali passeiam). A Joana e a Bia estiveram à distância, disponíveis e a auxiliar-me a todo o momento. Pretendo regressar!

Majoitus oli erilainen, positiivinen kokemus. Ylitti odotukset. Majoitus oli siisti. Aamupala oli hyvä ja riittävä. Palvelu oli erinomaista ja joustavaa. Vahva suositus kesäajan matkakohteeksi, jossa voit ottaa aurinkoa omalla kattoterassilla. Kävelymatka (noin 2km) vanhan kaupungin ravintoloihin ja shoppailuihin.
Majoitus oli hieman ahdas. Olisin toivonut, että jo kohteen kuvauksessa olisi ilmoitettu vaaditusta 250€ vakuudesta. Asiat olisi hyvä merkitä selkeämmin ohjeilla, jouduimme mm. kysymään pyyhkeiden sijaintia, espressokoneen käyttöohjeita jne. Merkityt ohjeet helpottaisivat majoittumista. Silti oikein hyvä kokemus. Kiitos, tulemme uudelleen.

It's 11 out of 10 experience. Totally recommend! Every detail is thought through and kept suprising me every minute! It's not just a place to stay for the night, it's full experience of comfortable living in the Marina, enjoying the views and morning breakfast on your terrace. Would love to stay longer. I felt safe and staff was always ready to help and answer any question. Special thx to Joana!

The houseboats are very cool, well-equipped and very well thought out in terms of space, etc. A very relaxing experience! And the breakfast in the mornings (brought by basket) was a lovely touch from the team. I will definitely stay again, and maybe try another town (please open in Lagos! 😁).

One of the best attention and care what I have experienced. Emiliane was always checking up on us, if we are good and happy, and if we need anything, making feel us like at home relaxed. The breakfast was simple and nice, the staff Brough little picnic bag and we could make our own breakfast on our boat home.
Private parking was just next to the place. And location just right outside of town was perfect for us. Keeping calm with beautiful views and sunrises on our rooftop hammock :)

Wow, wow and wow!!! I decided to treat myself to a birthday vacation road trip and spent my birthday on board one of the many beautiful homeboats in the marina of Albufuera. Joana and Clara were absolutely amazing in making the rental process a joy. They made me feel very welcomed and pampered! Checking up on me periodically throughout my stay to see if I needed anything. What an amazing staff! I have have never experienced this professional and yet personal care in the Algarve before this. I highly recommend a stay in one of their beautiful, clean and modern homeboats and give an 11 out of 10. I will be making my birthday celebration with them (as a tradition) from now on. Big hugs to all who made my birthday amazing!
I couldn't stay longer due to my travel plans! Oh well, next time!

I had an excellent stay at the Homeboat on the Marina. Great breakfast dropped off every morning and staff always on hand with anything that was required (extra coffee, toilet roll) Joana and Clara were great and made the check in very smooth. Very responsive on whatsapp with any queries as well.

Achtung man wird bestohlen.
Das Frühstück ein Witz. Unfreundlich. Dieses winzige Bootshaus bietet für 2 kaum Platz. Sobald man das Bett aufklappt kommt man kaum noch ins winzige Bad. Überall Zettel was man nicht tun darf. Kapsel Kaffee Maschine mit der man nur Müll produziert. Es werden 250 Euro Kaution per Kredit Karte einbehalten. Dann wird später einfach Geld einbehalten weil angeblich Sachen fehlen. Das war in Dutzenden Reisen in Portugal die schlechteste Erfahrung.
Frühstück mit alten Tankstellen Brötchen.

I loved the breakfast in it's wicker hamper, delivered every morning. The solar lights on the roof terrace were so pretty in the evening, you can lay up there in the hammock and star gaze.

L'emplacement sur la Marina, la réactivité du personnel via WhatsApp, la livraison du petit déjeuner à l'heure souhaitée, dans un joli panier. Cuisine bien équipée. Pas de difficulté pour chauffer l'espace. L'enceinte bluetooth est top!
A recommander lors des beaux jours.
Check-in compliqué, manque de confort pour une journée pluvieuse (on n'a pas pu profiter du bbq ou du hamac). Difficile d'ouvrir le lit, puis ensuite de fermer la porte de la salle de bain (tout est au millimètre), matelas moyennement confortable. La clim réversible fait vibrer la cabine lorsqu'elle est en marche. Le petit-déjeuner était moyen, mais le café et le yaourt étaient très bons!

Lovely, comfortable accommodation for a couple. My wife and I love the idea of minimalist/tiny house living so this was a perfect opportunity to experience this while visiting Albufeira. The boat has all you need to enjoy and relax. Once you are familiar with how the space is utilised it’s very easy to use. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast excellent - even for two vegans! We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation to anyone like us visiting the Algarve. Thank you!
Perhaps the inside dining table and chairs were not necessary and that space could’ve been used for extra kitchen or storage - but that’s being very critical!

Unique room - all the amenities of a typical hotel room but on the water. Had some difficulty completing the online check in but customer service was excellent… particularly Clara Joana who helped me over the phone as well as a gentleman on site who showed me the various aspects of the property. Breakfast was nice and there were several restaurants within close proximity. The boat also had a great viewing platform and grill which we would have loved to use if it hadn’t rained.
The bathroom door did not stay closed and the shower drain had difficulty keeping up with the water flow of the shower.

Sowohl die Einrichtung als auch die Rundumbetreung sind spitze.
Mein Enkelkind und meine Frau haben sich zu jeder Zeit sicher und wohl gefühlt.
Wenn man auf ganz hohem Niveau etwas negatives finden will. Dann könnte ich jetzt sagen, das im Gegensatz zum letzten Besuch diesmal weniger Obst und kein Kochschinken beim Frühstück dabei war.
