Located only 25 minutes from the West entrance to Yellowstone Park, this is a great spot to be the base of all your fun. Newly built with all the essentials for your trip such as: kitchenette, living room, and bedroom upstairs. The full bathroom, and washer and dryer are downstairs on the main level. WiFi with a smart TV means you can stream your favorite movie/TV shows when not out exploring all the amazing scenery! This loft has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and sleeps 4! The bedroom features a queen and twin bed. There's also a twin beds off to the side of the living room space. Enjoy incredible views of Island Park scenery and watch the sunset over Sawtelle mountain. One or two dogs are welcome. The pet fee is $20 per dog per night. And we require that they never get on the furniture or beds. Even good dogs can get anxious when left alone in a new place and that is when they damage things. So your dog must be in a crate if you leave him behind in the cabin. (We do not provide the crate.) To keep the cabin beautiful, you are responsible to pay for any damage caused by your dog. Because the extra cleaning will interfere with the cabin being ready for guests later that day, if there is damage or dog hair on the beds or furniture, then the extra cost is a minimum of $100. You'll have access to the loft including the bathroom, washer/dryer, everything upstairs! However, the garage space below is for the owner's storage and is off limits. Occasionally, the owner may come by to grab something real quick out of the garage but it won't affect your stay. I won't be present during your stay but available for any questions or concerns. Please call or text to let me know and I'm happy to help. Only 12 miles/25 minutes away from West entrance into Yellowstone National park and close to Henry's Fork on the Snake River. Also the cabin is within about 5 minutes away from a couple restaurants and a gas station/grocery store where you can get anything you may need or forgot. There isn't any public transportation in the area so you'll need to have a car to get around. There 700+ miles of trails that you can ride motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles etc on. We have ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles available for rent if you're looking for a different way to explore the area other than in a car. From mid-December to March you can depend on snow in Island Park. The roads are plowed well, but it would be a good idea to bring a vehicle that works well in the snow. A truck with clearance, 4WD or AWD is best. We ask that you do a couple simple things when checking out like take your trash to dumpster next door, load and start dishwasher, wash towels and leave them drying, pull sheets off of beds that are slept in and leave them on beds. We do this to make sure the cleaning service has enough time to get the cabin ready for the next guests.
