EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from. NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry. GENERAL INFORMATION The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property. WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions! HOUSE RULES These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious: - NO SMOKING - No gatherings greater than the approved occupants - No rearranging furniture please - Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details. **We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.** SECURITY CAMERAS Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels. GUEST REGISTRATION After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date. OPTIONAL FEES The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for: - $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival) - $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival) - $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding) - $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding) SUPPLY STARTER KIT No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *bathroom setups included in powder baths* PARKING While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages. We stayed and we had a great time. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was easy to get to downtown on the streetcar. It was a quaint apartment in a safe neighborhood. We would love to stay again!

We had a beautiful experience. We had a wonderful host and they reassured us if we needed anything we could feel free to reach out. The location was in a nice neighborhood as well as very convenient. I had just about everything I needed in walking distance. The home was very peaceful and relaxing. It felt like I was at home away from home, I would definitely stay again next time I come to visit New Orleans.

It's perfect for staying close to the French Quarter but far enough that you can get some quite time. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The condo itself was great. Everything we needed was there and communication was very easy.

Amazing experience! We have stayed here twice now! Both times have been beyond our expectations. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and clean! The booking experience along with check in and check out are easy and there is always someone available if you have questions or need something! Our apartment had a huge balcony overlooking S Peters St! We will definitely be staying here again!

This property was perfect. Stayed here with friends. Loved the coziness and the common space. The beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean. Easy walk to the French Quarter and many restaurants. We WILL stay here again when we return!

Awesome Experience
The facility was emaculate. Reservation was simple and quick. Access was great. Location felt secure and convenient to many restaurants. But no need to eat out since kitchen provided everything for us to prepare the meals we brought. Special thanks to Danielle for being an outstanding hosts. There was no delay in responding to one or two questions. She helped me after check-out as well in helping to locate a bracelet behind.

Great Location
The condo is within walking distance of Canal St. and the French Quarter. There were many restaurants and bars close by so it was nice to grab a drink before going in for the evening. And the grocery store was also within walking distance. The condo was equipped with water, coffee which we greatly appreciated.
We loved the balcony and the character of the old building which really adds to New Orleans.

The rental process was easy and we were happy with our choice. The area was great to walk to all locations. The apartment was very roomy and we loved all the brick.

Massive Balcony
Wonderful communication and a wonderful space! Enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony in the mornings. We ended most of the nights with a glass of wine on the massive balcony.

We absolutely loved this place. Close to pretty much everything (lots of great restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the French quarter). We all loved the place. Definitely will be staying here again when we return to NOLA.

The first time was an all adults girl trip and this time was two moms and their teenage daughters. Both times, everyone was very pleased with the location. There is enough space for everyone to have their "own" space if it is needed. The large balcony was inviting for conversation and for early morning (sun gets a little hot after 9:30) coffee or a night-cap. The decor was stunning. The provided selection of coffee, water, gatorade, and best chips ever was excellent as we were thirsty when we arrived. The personalized welcoming note was a nice touch as well.
Everything is within walking distance. Frenchman Street area is a bit of a walk, but that makes sense as it is the beginning of Marigny neighborhood, but everything else is truly within walking distance or a trolly-ride away.

We have been coming to NOLA for years for my birthday and this is by far my favorite place we have ever stayed! Everything about it is amazing...location, amenities, staff, etc...! They went out of their way to make our trip and stay as easy and seamless as possible! We cannot wait to go back...

Amazing Condo
Overall our stay at the The Refinery was Amazing, although we paid for parking at a nearby lot, we were consistently able to park on the street. The location was perfect and close to most activities. The building, condo and decor was gorgeous. We absolutely loved the balcony and the ability to look out on the street. The only negative is that there were no hangers and the water did not stay hot for long, only one person out of 4 could really take a hot shower. We had a BLAST here and would definitely book again.

The place to be
My stay was amazing, it looked exactly like the pictures. The building was walking distance from the mall and the French quarter. Plus the staff was incredibly accommodating. We were able to drop our bags off early and we even got some great happy hour recommendations.
