Welcome to your home away from home in historic Port Royal! Enjoy this beautiful, spacious, lowcountry style 1 story 4BR 2BA home in the heart of Old Port Royal. This home has an "open- floor" plan combining living room, dining room and kitchen therefore making it easy to interact with your family and guests. Relax on the front or back porch while you enjoy feeling the southern breezes and saying hello to neighbors walking by. We are located just 1 mile from the entrance to Parris Island. This home is perfect for those coming to see their new Marine graduate, as well as those coming to explore Port Royal, historic Beaufort, and the gorgeous surrounding areas. The Sands Beach area, a local favorite destination is only a half mile from the house. It includes a small local beach on the Port Royal Sound, perfect for sunbathing and looking for shark's teeth. There is also a public boat launch, boardwalk and observation tower that overlooks Port Royal Sound and Parris Island. One block from the home is the Cypress Wetlands nature sanctuary with its walking trails and boardwalk. Port Royal offers several unique shops, restaurants, and a wonderful gourmet coffee shop, all within walking distance from the house. Enjoy walking and biking on the nearby Spanish Moss Trail. Downtown Beaufort with its waterfront park, shops, and varied dining options is just an 8 minute drive away. We are a 25 minute drive to the beach and lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park and a 40 minute drive to Hilton Head. Charleston is 60 miles away and Savannah is just 40 miles away. They are both easy day trips. Come and kick back and enjoy what Port Royal has to offer.

Debbie was exceptional from the first day I booked this property. House was clean, comfy and cozy. Thank you for making our stay for my son’s Marine graduation so memorable. I will definitely be back for another Port Royal getaway!

Everything about this stay was perfect. Communication with the owner, price, location, property, everything! HIGHLY recommend this especially if you’re staying for ga graduation from Paris Island. We were 10 minutes from the island. We could SEE it from the neighborhood!!

We came to Port Royal to celebrate a cousins 60th birthday, we loved loved loved the house, it had everything we needed and it was clean, beautifully decorated and the owners were very friendly and was there if we needed anything.

This home is in perfect location for graduation at MCRD Parris Island. It is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, the boardwalk, and the beach. The hosts are extremely friendly and attentive to your needs. We would love to come back when we have more time to relax and enjoy the area!

We stayed here for the deactivation of the fourth battalion. Marines Debbie made our stay amazing. And we got to experience time with fellow female Marines, which was the best part of it all.

From the moment of booking to the time we left everything was awesome. Great communication, great location and a great property close to PI, several great restaurants, and 10 minutes from Walmart and Publix.
This is an ideal location to stay when arriving to see your new Marine graduate or to come for a relaxing vacation.

Our family stayed at this welcoming, open floored, home for Marine Graduation. Super clean and comfortable, our hostess was very friendly, and made us cookies. Location is very good for busy schedules of Moto Run, Family Day, and Graduation! We also loved the cancellation policy for this property, because Graduation isn’t guaranteed. Thank you for letting us stay in your immaculate home, we would love to stay again.

We had a great long weekend. Our host was friendly and was very nice. The Cypress walk was beautiful and Maynard's has good ice cream. The house had a great layout for our group.

We were 100% satisfied with our stay here. It was certainly worth the money. We came for our daughter’s Marine Corps boot camp graduation It was so clean and well-kept. We loved having the kitchen and the luxuries of home. We enjoyed playing games. We would definitely return if we’re ever in the area again.
