Home Away from Home -Sand Dollar 105 is a BRONZE (Great Value!) rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Vacation rental 105 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front Desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local calls is also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and walk-in showers. 105 has a Washer/Dryer. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Maximum occupancy: 8. 105 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. No trailers, RVs or boats. Check-out maid service included. Condo was well stocked with kitchen & bathroom items, bed were comfortable, need new bed pillows!!! Needs an update on decorations, looks like 1980’s. Floors need a good cleaning, the bottoms of our feet were black from them. Beach towels were appreciated, but need some new ones, pretty wore out. Great location, great beach. Building itself, only one elevator so have patience.

Enjoyed our stay. Only negative was no covered parking. The Vrbo listing is a bit deceiving that it shows the covered parking, but only owners are allowed to use it, even if they are not there, renters cannot. That should be made very clear in the listing. Especially for a property in Florida .

Property management were all excellent.Suggestion for improvement would be to make more space in the kitchen for visitors nonrefrigerator groceries by emptying some of the cabinets. Also reduce the amount of furniture on the deck. It was too crowded. Would recommend JD's and Guppy's restaurants. The magic show in St Pete was wonderful too.

This is a very nice location and close to everything. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Only one story up so you don’t have to wait for the elevator. Overall excellent stay. Would recommend to stay.😎

The property was very suitable for our group of six adults. We utilized the common areas frequently, but it was nice to be able to retreat to our own private space when needed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony with its beautiful view! The pool, spa, beach, and pier areas were easy to access and well maintained. The property is located in a great area, very close to many interesting restaurants and attractions. Property was just as it was described and depicted in the photos. Would definitely stay there again!

Room was clean for the most part and exactly what was described. The only problem we had was one of the cable box wouldn’t work and the maintenance man is very rude. But I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful beach view.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is the perfect temperature. The pool area is a good size although it could us one or two more covered tables. The view of the gulf is beautiful and the sunsets are awesome! We will definitely be returning again next year.

Had just about everything we needed, except measuring utensils. Not much for beach items so you will need to bring your own or buy some while there. They did have a few beach towels, an umbrella and a child's float.

This room was very dirty. We had to clean it ourselves and requested to remove the old dirty rugs. We also had to have the sofa cleaned as it was stained and very dirty. Food on the tables and walls. No supplies were available either. I would not stay here again or recommend it!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great in size and clean. Very nice to have an icemaker. This unit needs new mattress's and washer and dryer. The sheets on the master felt like sand paper. It had little balls all over it! It has no beach chairs so had to spend $200 on those and because we flew it was a loss. The blow dryer was older than I. Sand Dollar complex is very nice. The staff is great and very friendly! While there the water heater went out and they were very quick to fix it. I would not recommend unit 105.

Probably will not return next year due to an increase of almost $1000 for same type rental. Cannot justify the excessive price hikes any longer. This is my reason for not recommending.
