Located directly behind the Ashworth Hotel. This house has a large farmers porch. The house consists of 5 bedrooms, two kitchens, and two full bathrooms. Lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, one kitchen, and one bathroom. Bedroom 1- Twin Bunk Beds Bedroom 2- Full Bed Bedroom 3- Queen Bed First floor also has a pull out couch (queen bed) along with a love seat. There is two dinning room tables on the lower level with 10 total chairs. The upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 4- Queen bed Bedroom 5- Full bed There is a pull out sofa upstairs (full bed). Each unit has separate entrances along with a main entrance which allows access to the entire house. Parking for 2 vehicles. Contact owner for help with additional parking. Outside patio in the back of the house has a gas grill, table with multiple chairs, and an umbrella. Attractions Within Walking Distance: Ocean Front Pubs, Arcades, Mini Golf. If you want to be close to the beach this is the house for you. Great front porch! There is plenty of nightlife. Bring earplugs. Don’t try to use the patio furniture out back. It’s off limits.

This place was what we needed for a multi generational family. The 2 units gave the space needed for all to gather together and give privacy when needed. The front porch was a great place to relax rain or shine.

We had such a great time! This place was just what we needed! Multi bedrooms, beds, kitchens, areas to hangout! And just a short walk to the beach! You can’t beat it! Mary and Dan were very responsive and helped us with the few questions we had. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had 4 generations of mixed family from 71 yo down to under 1. It was a perfect location to be within walking distance. There was space to hang together as well as separate if needed. Parking everywhere around Hampton is pay pretty much, but the owner assisted us with obtaining additional parking spaces a couple houses down with a neighbor, who was very reasonable. We were able to park 3 vehicles at the unit. Thanks for a place to form great memories!

This house is incredibly small. No place to put any luggage. The owner is NOSEY. Always popping in for random reasons. The house needs renovation bad. There were random shoes and dirty towels under some beds. Notes written on everything telling you what you can and cannot do. Huge leak in the kitchen ceiling every time someone showered. We enjoyed the front porch overlooking an entire rock bed of weeds. It was seriously disappointing. There are a lot of other rentals out there, I would stay away from this one.

We all enjoyed our stay here. Our landlady, Mary, was so nice. She left us 2 bags of Milano cookies. I especially enjoyed sitting in a rocker on the front porch & watching the world go by! Such a short walk to the beach, restaurants, arcade & gift shops. The property was so spacious, from the front porch to the lovely back yard with plenty of space for company. There was plenty of room inside with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs & plenty of bedrooms & storage. Wish we could've stayed longer! Would love to rent here in the future!

Our family of 15 had an excellent experience from start to finish. Booking and communications with Danny and Mary were so pleasant from the start, their accommodations were wonderful, their extra touches of kindness were much appreciated (bags of chocolates for the whole family and perfect music as we walked into the house), cleanliness and layout were even better than what we expected from the listing. Mary was so helpful in making sure that we felt at home and enjoyed the visit. The location is prime on Hampton Beach with just a very short walk to the ocean & on the quiet end of the strip. Our whole family was so happy with the stay and we are looking forward to visiting again next year!

I can’t tell you how happy we are with our stay. We had a very busy weekend of events and Mary made sure we had everything we needed between parking, where the best food spots where, to helping out with what we needed in the house. Hospitality was unreal and so much appreciated. Thank again Mary we will be back again

The family enjoy the area and nearby activities and the beach being 250 feet away the perfect house for 13 people I had my kids grandkids and even though the house comes with two parking the owners were able to allow me to Park 3 cars in driveway they especially loved the front porch with the rocking chairs where they relaxed after dinner and enjoyed their cocktails or having a cup of coffee while waiting for the sun to come up and having a kitchen on both floors really help when making meals. A very friendly neighborhood everybody who went by with say hi.

Our family had the best time! Mary and Dan were excellent hosts! It’s a great location you never have to drive anywhere! The house was clean and inviting! Having 2 kitchens was a plus for our extended family and cooking! Looking forward to next year!! Hanging out on the porch was very relaxing after a long day at the beach!

We had a great vacation! We stayed with another family for a total of 10 people. The house had a lot of space for all of us including 2 kitchens and a great front porch. The location was steps from the beach and the activities on the beachfront. The property owner was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

So, you're looking for that special beach property that will be the perfect Headquarters for your family. Well you don't have to look any further. This Cottage has it all!! First, I lucked out, I ran into a cancellation and booked it right away. The Cottage has 5 bedrooms on two floors. 2 Baths, and a kitchen on each floor. It provides a seperate area for the folks if you need it. The Cottage is so clean and well stocked with the everyday stuff. Coffee makers in each Kitchen, toasters microwave the works. Beds are comfortable(need to bring bedding) and the A/C is great, cable too. Perhaps the best is the front porch, large facing the street, with plenty of rockers and chairs to watch the world go bye. The location is outstanding, right behind the Ashworth Hotel, right in the middle of the boardwalk and 3 Mins to the beach. My whole family were captivated with the property, and it made our week one to remember . The ownership resides on the property and were the perfect hosts. I wholeheartedly recommend 7 Highland Ave , Hampton you will not regret it. We are definitely a rebooker!
